There will be discussion on the effective strategy which can be adopted by the organisation for increasing its profitability. MAIN BODY GEO is a software solution company which is operating in Australia and also listed in NZX. Company is continuously growing within the market but it is also facing the issues with the profitability of the firm has revenue generation within the firm is low for increasing the further growth options. For this company, it can use a different strategy within the market for regarding the product market cap abilities and product development. It can use ANSOFF matrix for identifying the problem as well as getting the solution for it. This matrix is discussed below. ANSOFF matrix: this is that matrix or a Framework which is design to develop different strategy according to the need of the organisation where it in can increase its profitability and sure the long run within the target market.It includes four types of strategy which can be used by the organisation for increasing the profitability and revenue generation. Diversification: it is the most risky strategy for an organisation as it includes the launching of the new product within the new market which also include use amount of cost as well as high risk.
