INTRODUCTION
Academic skills are determined as skills and abilities of individuals which facilitates an
individual in succeeding in academic learning. For instance, learning process plays a crucial role
in personal growth and development of individuals in order to ensure success in upcoming future
career. Primary and major of these skills are determined as academic writing, time management,
research, self-discipline, etc.
TASK 1
Personal and professional development
It is determined as a systematic process taken into consideration in order to upgrade and
develop skill and abilities of an individual with reference to personal as well as professional
basis. For instance, it results in improvisation of existing skills as well as development of new
skills and abilities in an individual in order to ensure personal as well as professional
development.
Short-term goals
These goals and objectives are meant by the one which are determined to be achieved in a
short duration of time. For instance, these goals are sort of initial step towards achievement of
Long-term goals. Major and primary short-term goals are as follows:
improvisation of time management skills
Enhancing communication skill towards effective communication
to develop habit of waking up early morning
Medium-term goals
These goals and objectives may incur higher time in order to be achieved compared to
short-term goals. Moreover, these goals are often achieved after achhievement of short-term and
prior to Long-term goals. Furthermore, major of these medium-term goals are:
To learn additional concept of graphic software
To improvise presentation and interpretation skills
To get engaged under five to six months internship program
