THEORETICAL PERSPECTIVE Leadership style in the organization According to company, leadership style is a way that the person has some power to lead others. It identifies that various types of leadership styles are available and it depends upon the function of leader. Some Employee has lack of ability to take a responsibility and decision making. The situation will help to identify the most effective interaction. There are different types of leadership styles which are as follows: 1.Autocratic Leadership Style-This is the leadership style to hold all responsibilities and taking their decisions. They are communicated with other employees to understand the problem. In this type of leadership, policies, guideline all of an Autocratic Leadership style. Democratic Leadership Style-In this leadership style, they can hold the final responsibility. They were communication between upward and downward. It is not preferred as the leadership but they acquire some quality such as intelligence, fairness, honesty, competence, etc(Clarkeand et.al,2016) 2.Strategic Leadership Style-The strategic leadership is one of the most important leaders that are essetial part of the company. It is the top leadership style to create high performance,handleteamleader’squalityandtakingsomeeffectivedecisionfor company’s profit. This leadership style will deliver good quality of services that are helpful for the organization. 3.Team Leadership Style-Itis a challenging part of leadership because it will maintain the coordination in between employees.It can be developed a dynamic team member that would fullfill the requirement of customer. It is a creative job to handle employee coordination.

The Team leader understand requirement and it can be motivate to other employee in the company. These motivatation are useful for company profit. Fairness is very important factor because the firm can create a fair system, benefits and encourage their employee. Yes - 7 No - 2 Maybe – 1 Interpretation- The next questionnaire asked to the Employees was to identify relationship between motivation and teamwork. The question was developed to collect information about the views of the employees the impact of motivation on the performance of a team working in a organisation.7 out of 10 employees agreed that motivation affect the performance of the team. To employees disagreed the fact that motivation is affecting team performance. One of the employees had no idea. Therefore it can be concluded that motivation among the employees has a great influence performance while working in a team. The questions asked in the interview conducted by the researcher help in collecting important data or information regarding the impact of leadership styles employee motivation. The interview also help in understanding how the leadership styles effect individual behaviour within a workplace. Another information gathered from the above interview was related to the most influencingfactor affecting performance in the organization. Furthermore, between motivation and teamwork is also identified by the question is developed in the interview. Interview conducted by the researcher help in achieving knowledge and understandingwith respect to employee motivation and various leadership styles. It can be concluded with the questionnaires that changing leadership styles such as democratic, autocratic etc can effect motivation level of the employees working within the cited organization. Behaviour of each and every individual working in the organisation also get affected by various leadership styles followed by their managers and other seniors.

Company should organize team activities and events for encourage its workforce through which they perform in more effective manner. Organization should provide monetary and non monetary rewards to its workforce through which they can encourage for higher performance and productivity.
