goosebumps to people so here we can start the event like tommorowland and hire the famous DJ

management. It is the process in which all the wastage produce by he organisation has to
be properly manage solid waste and offer various solution for recycling which are not in
the use. The main aim of the waste management is to use the wastage for the valuable
resources (Su and Wang, 2012.). Everyone needs the waste management it can be
household or the organisation. For the Diaphanous Production lost of wastage they have
done in there different events which is harm to the environment and organisation has
decided the innovative way to reduce the waste from the music events. As they had plan
to brig the big dustbin where the event has held. Aware to the audience for doing any
waste on the day of event. Then the organisation will try to solve the problem with the

If big event has to be organised all the operation and plan should be based on
professionalism way. So it is important to interactions with key person from the industry who
have already knowledge of organised the event plan successful. The importance of the
interacting with such people will give benefited in the organised successfully events. As the
profession help will give more experience and they tell about the industry problem in the facing
the events which b will help to they organisation to avoid such issue while Diaphanous

production is an event organisation which they been paling for the music event in the London in
a big size for the charity. As the target audiences of the events are the music lover from the all
age. But the specific target audiences for the organisation is the school students, college going
students and youth which are interested for the different music. But due to supply chain
management of the organisation will be based on the six sigma in which they will focus on the
quality. The more the organisation will be abed on the certain perception which has to be
excluded for the better operation. As the organisation will be focus on the low music frequency
to avoid the health issues of the audiences. Also the organisation will be focus to avoid the risk
they will use the different method to manage the risk. As result the with interacting of industry
