The Olympic event has been driven by a committee of experts to achieve success. In the formation stage, they are forming a strategy of developing a tick list, safeguard that all bases are covered in achieving the success and make effective for the society. They are contributing to making some improvements on the rail and road networks, and venues. They are also making plans to connect with fans of Olympic and make a successful event. This attribution indicated to make sure that it is well equipped, safety should be considered, and participants should be protected (Park, 2018). They should also have the backup plan for the event whenever possible. They should efficiently manage the event in a systematic manner. This will assist in evading the possible failures because of the inadequate funds and resources distributed for the event. However, the organizers of the Olympic have always achieved success in the event, as it is significant to give attention for the sake of its sustainability (Essex and de Groot, 2016). Time management- It is stated that they should invest the right resources at the correct time, which is significant. It has always been a norm in every aspect that when the Olympic event achieves, there is going to maintain the time in infrastructure expansion and diversification. The organizers of thePyeongchang’s Winter Olympics require to manage the time in evading the consequences that have face the hurdle in this event (Ross and Leopkey, 2017).
