night. From 6- 8 there will be a session of games and entertainment. There will be cutting of the
cake in between and the guests will join there to share their experience or some memories worth
cherishing about the couple. They can also share some of their own writings, songs or poetry
and glow. So we have decided to arrange for silver chairs for the couple and the dining hall will
also have silver cutleries as well as silver colored chairs and tables. The entrance will have silver
colored lights and as an alternative to silver, tsavorite and green garnet will be used. The floral
decorations and other gift wraps, balloons all over the venue will have silver sparkle. The
champagne for toast will also be served in a silver colored glass. While toasting, the marriage
vows of the couple will be renewed to make them feel special and present an air of nostalgia.
The photos that will be put up for decoration will also be framed in silver. We will add
uniqueness in the 25th wedding anniversary by placing a tree branch in the centre which will be
painted silver. That branch will include some of the special memories of the couple as well as the
gift cheque, flight tickets or movie tickets, gift certificates which will be given by the guests. In
order to create a romantic ambience, we will arrange for couple dances where the couple will
groove to the light melody of retro music.
Action plan
The occasion will take place on 23rd November 2017 from 4pm to 10 pm. The invitees
will be sent a reminder either through phone calls, text messages or emails. There will be
provision of pick- up and drop at a specific location for those guests who will come from a long
distance. The gates will open for the event at 4 in the afternoon. They will be received with roses
and a small token of gift when they enter the hall. Snacks will be served from 4:30 in the
afternoon. There will be unlimited drink throughout the party. Dinner will be served at 8 in the
