amount of risks in all the cases and the precautions that will be needed. There will be older
people, children and people with disabilities which we will take into consideration along with the
approximate number of people that can be expected at the event and the excitement that will be

Crisis can arise in any form during the event. So as the event managers we will pay total
attention that if any such situation arises then that need to resolve soon. Any kind of crisis is

responsible for hampering the whole event and we cannot afford to do so. It is very important to
assign specific people who will be ready to act as the situation demands. For instance, in a
previous event of birthday which we were assigned to organize, a crisis situation was managed
very tactfully. At the eleventh hour we got to know that the chocolate lava cake that we had
ordered will not be available instead they wanted to offer black forest cake. But the parents of the
kid said that she will not accept any other cake except her favorite flavor. I immediately called
up several cake shops in the area and out of them two had the chocolate lava cake ready to
deliver. I chose the one which was giving the cake at the same price allotted previously for the
cake and got it delivered within few moments. In this way we were able to save the reputation of
our hosts as well as ourselves. We have all the backup plans thought of for the 25th wedding
anniversary event too to make it a fruitful one.
Budget
Such a major event as remembering the 25 years of a couple’s wedding requires immense
planning and implementation by allocating a proper budget. The WLC wedding consultants have
prepared two budgets for the pre event and the main event. There are many arrangements that
need to be done before the main event which requires setting up of a budget. As Mr. and Mrs.
Anderson was our first client so we had to plan the event in such a way that they get impressed

Main event
Anniversaries are always an event of pomp and pleasure whether it is the 1st anniversary,
a silver jubilee or a golden jubilee. It is the perfect time to celebrate the happiness of the couple,
their life story and their influence on the family. There are different steps involved in organizing
an event of 25th anniversary based on a traditional theme. After the pre event arrangements are
done, the focus should on the success of the main event. It depends on the comfort level of the
couple how they want the party to be organized. If the couple is comfortable enough then the
event can be planned with lots of entertainment based on the traditional theme.
Entertainment for the party
For the main event, we have planned to put a replica of the wedding cake on display. The
decoration of the hall will be matched with the garment colors of the couple. On behalf of the
wedding planner company, we will present the couple a replica of their wedding bouquet. We
have decided to put the wedding album of the couple for the guests to see and refresh their
memories. It will also be an excellent gift for the kids who were not there twenty five years ago.
There will be a combination of the old pictures along with some new ones which will add flavor
in the party. We will arrange a session of quiz for the invitees and the topic will be the honored
couple. It will be fun as in how much the guests know about the host and the winner will get a
prize. There will be a live video coverage of the event for the enjoyment of the guests. Along
with the video there will be a list of retro songs which will take the couple down the memory
lane. There will be a guestbook where they will share their experience and that will be the best
gift for the anniversary couple.

Silver is the most relatable metal used in a 25th wedding anniversary because of its blaze
and glow. So we have decided to arrange for silver chairs for the couple and the dining hall will
also have silver cutleries as well as silver colored chairs and tables. The entrance will have silver
colored lights and as an alternative to silver, tsavorite and green garnet will be used. The floral
decorations and other gift wraps, balloons all over the venue will have silver sparkle. The
champagne for toast will also be served in a silver colored glass. While toasting, the marriage
vows of the couple will be renewed to make them feel special and present an air of nostalgia.
The photos that will be put up for decoration will also be framed in silver. We will add
uniqueness in the 25th wedding anniversary by placing a tree branch in the centre which will be
painted silver. That branch will include some of the special memories of the couple as well as the
gift cheque, flight tickets or movie tickets, gift certificates which will be given by the guests. In

night. From 6- 8 there will be a session of games and entertainment. There will be cutting of the
cake in between and the guests will join there to share their experience or some memories worth
