INTRODUCTION
Event management is considered as a type of project management that execute several
corporate as well as personal events like conferences, festival, ceremonies, formal party as well
as concerts. Before implementation or introducing any event, organiser have to look after
technical concept for execution of successful event. The increase in event industry is shown at
the modern era. The planning of event mainly refers the complete process of planning,
coordination, organising, fund raising, site selection, security and much more. Event manager is
individual who take obligation for successfully implementation in terms of creativity, technical
as well as logistic. Lots of intense challenges faced by the event manager. In this report the
chosen event healthy Yoga Show (Sönmez and Günel, 2018). Yoga is one of the perfect practice
in order to release stress as well as maintain the level of relaxation in the body. This report aims
towards providing major debate idea. It also include method of research in order to study the

MAIN BODY
Major debate question- The objective of this study is to identify or address debate
question arise while execution of the event healthy Yoga Show. The major or basic debate
question arise in event management is the practice of Yoga is effective in comparison of Gym
practices Event. The main difficulty arise in introducing healthy yoga event is believe of people
towards Gym practises is more in comparison of yoga practices (Alexandrovand Griese, 2020).
The sentiments related with the health issues is people strongly believe that practices of Gym is
more effective and the benefits of organising Gym practices event is more favourable for
solving hazardous disease of people. That is why healthy Yoga show have to face criticise in
implementation of event. The event organiser have to change or shift the interest of believe in
practices of yoga. Organiser need to identity the numerous benefits as well as purpose of yoga to
the people. Actually due to confusion in the minds of people in order to choose the yoga or gym
practices generate the issue od debate (Andersson, 2019). Both form of yoga as well as Gym is
most favourable practice to maintain the level of mental and physical fitness. This will help
