The two different situation that are exist are Fluctuate market and the other is situation of
launching new product variety.
Victor Vroom's expectancy theory : This model is design in such a belief that the term
motivation is determined by reward nature as people of their job performance expect some
results. As man is considered as rational human being and they try to perceived reward value up
to maximum level. People get highly motivated if know in advance that if they perform well ,
they receive some benefits. This model include three variables as all the three variables get
multiply and have high positive value and if the value of variable is zero ,than probability of
motivated performance leads to be zero. These variables are explain in detail as follows:
Valence: It is significant associated by person regarding expected outcome. It is just an
expectation not actual satisfaction that workforce expects to receive after goals achievement. In

to be creative, look for the future and identified new solution for the old problems. It will
encourages the quality of decision making that results in the increase in the performance and
productivity of the company.
Coach-style leadership: in this style, the leader focus on the capability and strength of the
member. It mainly focus on the strategies so that a better work is done together. Main
emphasis in this style is on growth and success of the employees so that motivation is given
to all and a satisfied result is driven from the productivity of employees. For burberry, this
style will help in improving the performance of the employees so that changes can be easily
implemented and growth is ensured.
Bureaucratic leadership: in this, the leader consider and listen to the input of employees but it
may reject the participation of the employees. Here the workforce may not feel controlled as
there is lack of freedom. This may not encourage employees to achieve the organisational
objectives. By implementing this style burberry may resist the change which may help in
transformation and improvement in employees.
In this style of leadership, leader tend to listen and considered the input of the employee, but
leader also tend reject the employees participation if it conflict with the policies and past
practices(Cortes, and Herrmann, 2020). Under this style employees might not feel
controlled but along with this, there is still a lack of freedom in their roles. It can be resulted
in the quick shutdown of the innovation and it will not encouraged for the companies who
are chasing ambitious goals and quick growth. With the implementation of this style
Burberry company, may face the resist in the innovation and creativity in the employees.
From the critically evaluation of the leadership style, Burberry company and its leaders will
adopt the transformational style, as this is an luxury fashion house that needs to be innovative
and creative with the change of time and trend at the market place, this will help the company I
