EVIDENCE BASE PRACTICE2 INTRODUCTION Evidence based practice (EBP) according toBourgault, Upvall & Graham, (2018,P. e1- e7),is the conscientious that is mainly used by nurses in making decision. The decision mainly reflects on the care of individual patients in the healthcare. In addition, this term means participating clinical expertise with good clinical evidence from researches. This practice requires implementing new skills in thefirm that includes best literature with skills in having the best research methods. This evidence does not mean that the decisions are made but they support the care in patients. In EBP, making it reality in a healthcare center is always difficult. However, this has been the major factor resulting in poor researches that could boost implementing in a nursing firm. In this case, different sources of evidence have to be considered majorly in a place where organizational level EBP is the aim. In many cases, nurses encounter issues in that the patient desire is effective in making decision for a suitable intervention. In order for this issue to be solved, nurses have the skills and knowledge ideas that are developed from numerous appliances which includes instructions from healthcare. Healthcare workers need to boost their expertise by incorporating EBE into decision making (McGill, 2019, P. 1-2). Lack of nurse understanding in EBP results into unavailability of strong role model that develops skills in EBP. High demand in administering care in patient and limiting time for them may be one of the factors that make the nurses not follow EBP procedures. In conclusion, the outcomes have to major on improving practices of nurses in a healthcare center.
