EVIDENCE BASED PRACTICE Introduction Evidence based practice (EBP) is one of the advance processes or approach which has been followed by the nurses in recent time frame. This process helps the nurses to follow the advance care approach and also helps them to being updated. Hence, it can be found that that the EBP is the process which helps the nurses to conduct extensive research and be updated with the recent and advanced care processes. It can also be seen that the evidence based care practice helps the nurses in decision making processes effectively. Thus, it can be highlighted that it is one of the effective processes in critical thinking and decision making approach development. In the following section the importance and effectiveness of the EBP will be discussed with the help of literatures. Literature Review According to Curtis, Comiskey and Dempsey (2016), EBP is one of the processes of the nursing care providence which helps the nurses in researching on the topic. The research helps in the knowledge development about the disease and the proper care planning. Moreover, the process of the EBP helps the nurses in decision making regarding the care plan of the patient. The factor of the knowledge development and assessment of the disease would be improved in accordance with the process of EBP. Thus, it can be stated that the EBP helps in the critical analysis and proper factorising of the disease care plan. The EBP also helps in the determination of the disease development processes and required intervention planning as well. It has been found that the evidence based care also helps the nurses in effective knowledge development and also developing experience regarding the care process (Rojjanasrirat & Rice, 2017). On the other hand the process of the EBP also helps the nurses in researching that is the development of the
EVIDENCE BASED PRACTICE research skills. Thus, on this context it can be stated that the EBP is very much effective in the proper analysis and critical thinking. On this context it can be found that the process of the care should be provided with accurate health care knowledge and skills which can be developed with the help of the EBP. Hence, it can be found that the process of the care should be provided with the knowledge of the proper knowledge and the effective development of the skills. Hence, the EBP should be implemented with priority. However, it has been found that the process of the EBP has some drawbacks as well as the EBP requires knowledge and skills of research and also effective knowledge about the critical thinking as well (Butler, Hall & Copnell, 2016). Moreover, the process requires the effective networking and database for the researching. Thus, it can be stated that the process of the care can be improved by the implementation of the EBP and it helps in the reduction of the negative outcome for the patients. Hence, it can be found that that the EBP is the process which helps the nurses to conduct extensive research and be updated with the recent and advanced care processes. It can also be seen that the evidence based care practice helps the nurses in decision making processes effectively. On this context it can also be stated that the patient centered care and the evidence based care practice is integrated and thus the implementation of this process of care should be considered with highest priority as well. However, the drawbacks of the practice should be also be considered with priority as the process affects the health man power and sometimes it cannot be effective as well. Furthermore, the effective knowledge development also helps in the implementation of the therapeutic relationship development along with the patient centred care. Hence, it can be stated that the EBP is one of the most effective and important process in the nursing care process. The factor of the knowledge development of the care process should be developed with the EBP (Hickman et al., 2018). It has been seen that the implementation of the EBP improved the care improvement
EVIDENCE BASED PRACTICE and also the improvement of the outcome of the patients in significant level. Hence, the EBP should be provided to the patients with priority and it has been found that this is very much important as well. Based on the views of Black, Balneaves, Garossino, Puyat and Qian (2015), EBP should be promoted for the improvement of the care facility in the primary and other health care processes as well. On this context it can be found that the process of the care should be provided with accurate health care knowledge and skills which can be developed with the help of the EBP. On this context it can be found that the care procedure has been improved with the implementation of the EBP. Hence, it can be found that the process of the care should be provided with the knowledge of the proper knowledge and the effective development of the skills. Hence, the EBP should be implemented with priority. However, it has been found that the attitude and the behaviour of the nurses affected the implementation of the EBP. The knowledge level of the nurses affected and thus the implementation of the EBP has also been affected. Moreover, it has been seen that the process of the care should be provided with the nursing standards of NMBA. Thus, the process of the care should be provided with the EBP as it helps in the process of the knowledge development in this factor. The factor of the knowledge development of the care process should be developed with the EBP (Friesen-Storms, Bours, van der Weijden & Beurskens, 2015). It has been seen that the implementation of the EBP improved the care improvement and also the improvement of the outcome of the patients in

EVIDENCE BASED PRACTICE significant level. Hence, the EBP should be provided to the patients with priority and it has been found that this is very much important as well. On this context it can also be stated that the process of the care can be improved through the implementation of the evidence based care practice (Orta et al., 2016). On this context it can also be stated that the patient centered care and the evidence based care practice is integrated and thus the implementation of this process of care should be considered with highest priority as well. However, the drawbacks of the practice should be also be considered with priority as the process affects the health man power and sometimes it cannot be effective as well. On the other hand the process of care should be effective and helpful for the patient as well. Thus, the effective communication and research on the disease condition should be implemented as well. However, the process of the research and the implementation of the knowledge obtained through the research should be implemented and this is dependent on the skills of the nurses (Aglen, 2016). Hence, it can be stated that the education and the training program for the health care professionals would be important as well as it helps in the development of the evidence based care practice knowledge and skill development as well. Hence, the implementation of this process should be considered for the betterment of the situation with consideration of proper knowledge of the nurses. EBP on the other hand also helps in the relationship build up among the patient and the health care professionals which help in the effective care providence to the patients. Conclusion Based on the above discussion it can be concluded that the EBP is one of the most important factors in the nursing care providence. However, the knowledge and the skills required for this practice mostly lacking in the nurses. On this context it can be found that the effects of the care have been improved in terms of the implementation of the evidence based care process.
EVIDENCE BASED PRACTICE Hence, it can be stated that the implementation is required with highest priority. On this context it can be found that the care procedure has been improved with the implementation of the EBP. However, it has been seen that it requires high level of infrastructure and also the knowledge of the nurses. Hence, the policy for the education about this practice should be considered with highest priority. The factor of the knowledge development of the care process should be developed with the EBP. It has been seen that the implementation of the EBP improved the care improvement and also the improvement of the outcome of the patients in significant level. Hence, it can also be stated that the evidence based care practice implementation will be effective in the customer satisfaction development.
