INTRODUCTION
In a dynamic business environment, every organization focus on developing their
activities because organization grew over time. This is the reason that, company needs to
manage their operational activities as it provides assistance in managing all the changes in an
effective manner (Karanja, 2014). In this context, organization also develop changes within
their operating activities as it provides support in improvising the overall performance of
company at market place. Changes are always having two sides i.e., positive or negative as it
is significant for manager of business to respond the same to attain favourable results. For
attaining the same, management practices needed evolve as per the changes that arise at
working area. Current project is going to discussed about theoretical understanding of
management practices before, during and post-industrial revolution.
MAIN BODY
With the rapid change of the environment, management thinking, philosophy, and
practice are rapidly developing (Williams and et. Al., 2014). It has improved as a result of
development. Given the challenges in managing the manufacturing sector, it is essential to
give attention towards how working alongside inside an enterprise that has set targets that
must be accomplished. To accomplish these objectives, it is important to know management-
related issues also including community, encouragement, and teamwork, as well as concerns
such as coordinating, organizing, and managing. When it comes to the built environment,
understanding how people and organization function is essential. The emphasis on hierarchy
and legitimacy is not as high as it ever has been. The concentrate has always been on the
workers. There are hypotheses on the reasons that motivate workers, but recognizing how
these theories came about will provide you with the necessary information to handle your
employees properly. For an example, Tesco also evolve management theories as per the
changes with the aim of improvising their employee performance. Basically, Management
theory evolved from "scientific" and "bureaucratic" management that relied on calculation,
processes, and procedures to employ people. Organizations created structures in order to
apply uniform rules to the workplace and discipline employees who did not obey them.
Companies started stressing individual employees with the "human participates" movement.
When talk about prior to the industrial revolution, there wasn't any "management" at
all that is, someone excluding the owner of a business doing things like coordination,
organizing, monitoring, rewarding, and resource allocation (Berger and et. Al., 2015). That
