necessitated the development of efficient management practices. Improved and more effective
production methods were required to optimize production, reduce costs, and boost profitability. As
a result, academics have created a wide range of strategies for enhancing performance management
since about the late 1800s. Management is just not a new concept. Over history, early types of
organizational processes have been used to advance society.

care about performing their jobs, instead they will only care about getting their salary.
Considering this in mind, the company has started engaging their workers in different
manners for example; motivating them so that they can be enthusiastic and productive in
nature as it will create a sense of responsibility towards work. Teaching them to deal with
difficult circumstances will help them in getting out of any tough task. However, there is
another way out for engaging workers and it is the reward.
