Gantt chart
The function of this project management tool is to break the task into a series of small
assignments in an organized manner. The chart normally displays the time which the project
should start and the expected completion time. The framework is essential in understanding task

the website is also a resource that should also be added to ensure that it does not cease operating
after its development.

The marketing department will use the new logo from the website development to brand all other

The website will be involved in its launch. The company has long wanted to commission a new

Report will be written by the Project Manager four months after project completion. This will be
forwarded to the Operations Manager for approval.
Conclusion
The above project results to two products for the Natural Bush Spices Australia
Company that is the website and the company’s logo. This two projects will help the company to
achieve its objectives. (Khan, A. (2006). Well planned and well-managed scope will lead to
reduced costs and efficiency. Scope planning when well-done will guarantee project success. In
project scope planning, resources such as time, money, and human resources are well managed
to avoid wastages hence increasing efficiency and reducing the project's costs.
