INTRODUCTION
Business canvas model Is termed as visual framework that helps in describing different elements in terms of working of a business. It defines
about every area of a business. It plays important role as it helps in visualizing the significant forces that is used to address key areas (Joyce and
Paquin, 2016). Thus, in this report, Wild theme cafe has been taken into consideration. It is a juice center and new venture has to be developed. In the
following report, feedback has been received by client on which reflection is done on problems and also strategy that can be adopted to overcome
such obstacles. In addition to this improved business canvas model has been developed in which actual requirement to start a new venture has been
discussed in detail.

I have my juice center but further I desire to open a new venture in the name of wild theme cafe where I would like to provide goods and
services for teenagers or college going students or the one who are unmarried. Therefore, I will have to create the environment of my cafe
accordingly. Therefore, I created business canvas model in which I highlighted all the things that in will be required to make my business successful.
I discussed about all the resources, activities and also about channels that I will be required to take into consideration into business model canvas.
The name wild theme cafe was just to attract students or youngsters towards my cafe. I discussed with group of people about this from which I
analyzed that I have to decide the actual amount that I would have to be present for establishing my cafe.
Thus, by discussing with the group of investors, it has been analyzed that there is a requirement of $500,000 capital in order to invest in a new
business to make it a good startup (Hruska and Maresova, 2019). According to them, I would be facing workload problem as its a cafe that will be
pulling youngsters. While today's generation is completely based on social media and internet so they will find much better offer on it and will
compare my business with that of competitors and will select the best and low cost one for them and will move themselves towards that particular
restaurant or cafe. So I will have to adopt such strategy that will pull those youngsters towards my cafe or restaurant and will make them happy and
will visit again and again.
The capital that I actually required was $500,000. And I think its enough at the starting point of establishing my new cafe. Further, I will have
to establish it in middle of the city where I can easily attract large number of customers towards my brand. Basically I will focus on college areas
where students would like to experience something new. I will also have to create good environment according to my theme of my cafe. The
environment will be also wild and accordingly the furniture of Wild theme cafe. As in the above business model I have discussed 9 parts that I will
have to consider while establishing my new venture in the middle of the city. It is difficult for me to raise so much of finance to start up a new
business. Therefore, I will require key partners that will help me in optimizing my business and reduce risk by acquiring resources. The key partners
will help in bringing skills and experience to my business, the partner that will share their values spirit and its vision in the new venture and the one
who is financially stable. Partners are the network of suppliers and also partners which helps in making business model work. Thus, I will include
joint ventures so that I can develop successful business. Furthermore, I will have to decide the staff that will be needed to make my work easy. Thus,
good quality chefs is essential to make food that will attract students or youngsters like junk foods, coffee, tea, various snacks items. Further, I will
also try to make my environment calm where my customers will enjoy spending time with. This is unique strategy that I will adopt. I will also
differentiate my products and services from that of others. By adopting unique style to serve to the customers (Dudin, and et.al., 2015).

I will also try to offer discounts and give offers to the youngsters as they are really priced conscious. The quality of the product and services
will be good and high but will sell it at reasonable price at the starting stage. I will also offer free delivery option to them so that they get the high
quality food at their door without traveling here and there. So for that I will be required delivery boy and also tracking system that will help them in
tracking the customers order and their delivery address and reach to them easily. In addition to this, I will also update my websites of my new
business as wild theme cafe and will update all the information regarding the products and services that I am going to offer to them. The use of
website will also be made easy and prices will also be highlighted of all commodities. This will help customers to easily compare the products and
also the price with that of competitors. Thus, websites will also contain good filtering option so that guest don't have to search pages and pages for
finding out a particular product or services.
In order to increase my sales I will also have to select the customer segment and accordingly have to provide them with what they actually
desire. My dream is to open a venture that will attract huge volume of youngsters or couples. For couples, I will make their entry very much special
that will include bouquets or roses. Background music also will be set by the cafe so that customers feel calm and relaxed and enjoy their time
(Hjalager and Madsen, 2018).
Thus, to make my cafe famous I will have to promote it by using various methods of promotion. I will give ads of the service that we will
offer to them and also the price. Innovative and creative strategy for promotion and advertisement is very essential. Out of the capital that I will
require investing in new business, some p[art of that amount will be required for promotion strategies. As today's generation is very much attracted to
Facebook and Twitter or Instagram, I will try to post my ads on this social media sites. This will also help me to reach my targeted customers easily
and faster (Murray and Scuotto, 2016).
In addition to this, to make my business more successful, I will require to make work easy and load must be limited so that I can easily focus
on my work. Therefore, for this, I will have to make or build various departments in my cafe to make work easier and smoother. The departments that
will be included are sales, finance department, kitchen department, managerial staffs, floor staffs and also delivery staff. All these departments will
be provided with their part of work so that there will be no workload on one department and work is doe easier and targets are met faster. This will
also help me in time management so that I can think about much more innovative ideas that will help me in attracting more customers and will also
help me in expanding and diversifying my business sooner. Sales department will carry their work and will handle and keep record of quantity of
goods that were sold and all other work related to sales. Finance department will look after the finance and will try to manage the budget. They will

keep record of finance and profit and loss statement that will help in analyzing the actual profit that I have earned in a particular financial year which
will further help me in expanding my business. Further, kitchen department includes chefs that will get list of orders that they have to prepare for
customers. They are the most important part of the success of a particular business. They are the one who make the food tasty and healthy which can
easily push customers. Managerial staffs are the one who direct the other department in a particular venture. Every other area has to follow their
decisions and has to work according to them. Floor staffs are those who keep the environment clean and healthy that makes the person feel good.
Further, delivery staff is also involved that makes the order reach to the place where customers wants it. They are also the important part of a
business (Naik, 2017).
Moreover, I will also have to increase my contacts with various suppliers that will supply me with essential things that will be required to
produce food. I will also have to make a contact with grocery stores to order the products that will be required in kitchen. It is also important for me
to have a contact with bakeries and talk about the commission rate that will be provided by them to sell their products in my cafe. Apart from this, I
will also try to develop my business by increasing the varieties of products and services and also by offering discount to customers. Further, I will
also increase my target customers segment and will try to provide services to other segments also. This will make my customers happy and will also
assist me in attracting all various customer segments towards my brand. This will also lead me towards long term success and my company will reach
the boost (Franceschelli, Santoro and Candelo, 2018).
I will also adopt various approaches as training and development session or reward system that will help me in managing the performance of
my staffs and will also lead me in motivating them. I will measure their performance and accordingly provide them with huge incentives and awards.
This will also assist workers to push maximum effort in their respective work and bring maximum output out of it. Thus, training and development
sessions will help the low skilled workers to enhance their skill and talent and perform their work accordingly to achieve success.

From the above report, it has been analyzed that to open a new business, there is huge requirement of a capital to be invested. The amount that
is required to invested includes $500,000. Further, this report also helps in analyzing the problems that can be faced by establishing new ventures and
also strategies that can be used in order to overcome this. The customer segments that has been selected is college students and couples. Therefore, it
has been analyzed that social media will be the most innovative strategy through which they can provide ads regarding new products and services and
accordingly pull huge volume of customers. In addition to this, improved business canvas model has been made in which actual requirements is
therefore highlighted to increase the success level of Wild Theme Cafe.
