It is situation in which a person's cognitive as well as emotional capabilities gets combined with normal demands including functions within the society. The issue in regards with mental health currently highlighted in several countries. Hence, the origination of this issue start with pebble and majorly turns into mountains there are essential factors which may affect an individual such as competing professional, difference in culture etc. In this report, there is illustration of learning mental health and various outcomes. MAIN BODY Mental health is also termed as mental health disorders, that may refers to a wide range of conditions. The disorders may follow with minor issues and can transform into disorders which may affect individual's mood, thought process and can observe variable of behaviour changes as well. According to view, mental health disorders can lead to disorders in eating, anxities, depression etc. as it became concern of majority of people. The mental health becomes a priority concern when indication signs and symptoms affect individual by causing frequent tension or stress and abilities of body to function. It can make a person miserable(Liu, 2017). Risk According to studies, There are certain risk factors which may promote mental illness and can effect individual daily routine and may affect his/her life are concluded as the issue of disorders may be hereditary, blood relatives such as parents or siblings. The stress is significant factor that is able to cause illness, so it is determined that stressful life such as financial problems, divorce, a trauma of death of loved one's can cause illness. A study conclude that diabetic patients are much likely to deal with mental disorders(Stephan, 2018). Brain injuries or damage, military combat or any assault can cause illness. As well as usage of alcohol from long term history can cause mental disorders.
Depression is a mental disease which can lead to serious causes. Mainly it is refereed as mood disorder.According to view, the estimates that 8.1 percent of American adults ages over 20 and over. There are ample of reason one can feel depressed. Since, every living being different in their own way and every person feel depressed in different way. Although, its fairly common at several age to observe like this. It also interfere with daily lifestyle and activities, and theresultofthisinfatuationcaneffectaperson'schronichealthcondition,lower productivity ,lost of time and goal as well. Vulnerability There are two major areas in this field. There are biological vulnerability and stress. The factors which may affect the vulnerability factors are social support. The social support is essential for a person who is suffering from the illness. Society makes a difference a lot acceptance andmaking a individual to get rid of this situation is complex as well as it is compulsory in order to promote recovery(World Health Organization, 2020). Consumption of drug and alcohol, usage of prescribed medication, meditation, coping skills and activities which are meaningful and the individual's interest are demonstrated as vulnerability factors. Safeguarding Safeguarding means protection of basic rights in order to live safely which can be freedom from abuse etc. As these illness have serious outcomes and can affect a body paralysed and can harm a person mentally. The role of safeguarding lead up from here. It becomes responsibility to provide care and assistance to similar patients. In this they make sure if a person is not getting abuse either physically or suffering from domestic abuse as well as psychological abuse. As condition of these individuals becomes crucial and critical. It is applied when a prediction of person at risk that means implementation safe guarding policies will begin at this point and these duties are capable to take actions against the person who found guilty(Liu, 2017). These policies are used for betterment of a individual's life and providing them peace can improve healing power. CONCLUSION Mental health is related in a context of personality of whole person.
