Introduction
Anxiety can be defined as a mental health disorder that includes various
characteristics such as feelings of worry, fear and anxiety. on the other hand,
depression is said to be a condition that includes an elevation as well as lowering
of a person’s mood. Today I am going to be giving an overview of anxiety and
depression. It may sound easy to many people that both these conditions are
common, but for people suffering from the same, it is difficult.

Experiences of Anxiety and Depression
People can experience anxiety as well as depression during different situations that
are not specific to a person. Anxiety is a response to hazard, the body’s
computerized combat-or-flight response that is induced when you feel threatened,
underneath strain, or are going through a challenging state of affairs, together with a
task interview, examination, or first date. In moderation, anxiety isn’t necessarily a
horrific element. But when anxiety is steady or overwhelming—whilst issues and
fears interfere along with your relationships and everyday life.
