TABLE OF CONTENT INTRODUCTION.................................................................................................................................3 Gibbs Reflective model.....................................................................................................................3 CONCLUSION.....................................................................................................................................5 REFRNCES...........................................................................................................................................6 INTRODUCTION The report will be analysing explanation of various skills and experiences which have been learned on while working for the module which not only enhanced my working
potentialities and thinking horizons, but also developed my employability skills within academic performance. Gibbs Reflective model The Gibbs reflective model is one of the most informative and highly creative model which enables individuals to self analyse productivity and thinking capacities of how performances have been worked on within reports. There are 5 steps of this model which are as follows: Description:At first step while working for this module i have undergone various experiences which has broadened my thinking horizons and creativity for gaining focus onto various skills within my academic career. There i realised that productively i have to improve various skills, work on specialising my areas of interests and also importantlyfocusontogainingimportantteachingsfrommyprofessorsand supervisors. At this step i also learnt that how important it is to work in teams among various people and to yield focus onto working with cooperation, respecting diversity ofthoughtsandcommunicatingvariousideas.Atthisstepisalsogained understanding towards technical working standards in building varied vision and navigating wide range of potentialities within performances (Sekarwinahyu, Mand et.al., 2018).Feelings:At this step i felt various feelings and experiences where module writing enabled me to enhance my critical thinking skills, work with high creativity and also practice new working horizons where my goals also improved fundamentally. I felt that there are various skills which are weak in me currently and there are some strengths in my working potentialities where i gained knowledge to practically harness diverse knowledge of various fields. I learnt that my interpersonal skills are strong and widely integrated with new communication strengths and also my time management, skills grasping skills are strong which made me learn various high range of innovative thinking mindset. I felt challenging situation while researching and analytical functional recording, where i realised my numeracy and researching skills are weak. There i also gained active focus for professional learning, which will build on my greater peer working potentialities within future and to process focus on how i can practically learn from my weaknesses.
Evaluation: At this step i have evaluated while working for this module that there are various new skills and potentialities which i have to integrate in my understandings, learning skills and to focus onto wider new technical standards which will improve my academic performance. I have evaluated that my researching skills are highly weak where i have faced difficulties to find reliable and relevant information, numeracy skills to keep record of all data and use in my working where at many situations there was wide lack of efficiency which also potentially made me felt the need to practice more. I evaluated that my strengths are time management skills, interpersonal skills and alsoi posses strong confidence to showcase new ideas and functional strengths within my performance levels (Sweet, Land et.al., 2019).There have been various experiences through learning and analysing my progress within this module, where i came through building my vision with stronger understanding of my future goals in professional work experiences. Here i also understood that there is also high potentiality to grasp exact accurate knowledge from my supervisors and professors as i was able to experience varied new segments of new learning which helped me to create dynamic vision for my project. The evaluation procedure also made me understood that i have potentiality to work under pressure with strong time management skill, as myworking skills are strong once i am able to learn from my supervisors how myperformance is expected (Cathro, O'Kane and Gilbertson, D., 2017). Conclusion:At this step of conclusion there were various thoughts and parameters which have broadened my thinking horizons to be actively exploring various new ideas and generating strength within my academic performance avenues. The module work helped me to gain knowledge on various new ideas and large scenarios where i was weak before and also technically it enabled me to harness high innovation within my learning potentialities. During working for this module i progressed various new functional knowledge and high range of communication among my supervisors, which not only developed my thinking horizons with wide yielding focus onto my writing skills. I alsofundamentally developed my writing skillswith practise while working for this project, also there was rise in organising standards within my performance metrics and through these procedures i was able to actively explore wide areas of new technical innovation. Action:At the last step i plan to work on my working synergy within my weaknesses where i am facing challenges, which are research and analytical working skills,

numeracy skills where i will practice moreand work towards bringing on more reliable and relevant data. I will be working on my weaknesses by analysing my time records and keeping track of how much time i am practically pooling in to improve my performance levels. Then, ill plan also my working schedules and potentially focuses onto bringing on more creativity of ides, with high diversity of standards within various domains. This will improve my working potentialities and also I’ll make sure to get reviews from my supervisors and professors while working on my skills. At this level ill also keenly bring on focus onto enhancing my working potentialities by using my strengths of ideas and larger functional thinking of various new ideas (Sonnenstuhl and Trice, 2018). CONCLUSION The report has concluded Gibss reflective cycle learning model by analysing work performance metrics of my working synergy within the module writing , which helped me to analyse my work records in depth and also potentially building my scope on various new subjects widely.
