INTRODUCTION
In fast and developing environment, technology has been playing a crucial role by making
individual understand that help to deal in complex situation. Thus with changing time the
information and communication technology is gaining very important and is required by
individuals and modern businesses (Ball and Balogh, 2016). Advance technology helps
companies to reduce the cost and increase overall profitability, on the other side internet facilities
aid student in doing proper research so that assigned work can be completed.

Comparison and contrast of web conferencing provider.
In present world, it is very important to have a meaningful and sound communication
network that help in easy transfer of crucial information form one person to another. The term
web conferencing is used to describe assorted kind of techniques, which ease the process of
conversation among different people located at several location with the help of internet within a
live conference. In general, web conferencing could be discussed as a term that hold different
kind of collaborative services available online such as webcasts, web meetings and webinars. In
business context, the concept of web conferencing is classified into three categories depending
upon formats such as presentation, meeting and collaboration. There are several kind of web
conferencing that support organisation to perform work in proper manner and gain the success.

All those meeting that take place with the help of internal or virtual meeting are part of this
category of web conferencing. In this meeting there is flow of information in both direction,
backword and forwards that is from host to member and vice versa (Web meeting, 2019). In big
companies upper manager use to held online meeting in order to communicate important
message to their team member working at different location. This help to reduce time, cost and
helps to properly determine if team member has faced any issues. In order to communicate in
more appropriate manner company uses various kind of web conferencing software such as
ezTalks, cloud meeting etc. These software help manager and responsible representative to share
