Quality & standards: The quality of the feature depends upon the careful development of the

are some global standards such as ISO and W3C which provides the proper quality protocol
for the websites (Hume, et.al, 2018).
Ethics: This involves some points given below:
Good Teamwork
Less conflicts
Task completion within specified time and cost
Proper use of resources (Liantonio, et.al, 2017)
Risks: There is some risk associated with the project which involves the security and privacy
of the user’s personal information. This includes the vulnerabilities associated with the music
sharing on the different website. Various threats agents can also develop fraud links to fulfil
their purpose of the hacking or accessing the profile to get the information regarding payment
methods such as credit and other different cards (Kirichenko, et.al, 2018).

1. Technical feasibility:
Design is analysed technically as per the requirement
The project plan for the Bandcamp required is also analysed and it is appropriate
There is full support of the infrastructure
Estimation suggests that the productivity is high (Guzman, 2018).
2. Economy feasibility
Project budget should be followed according to the estimated budget and it must be
reported at each milestone (Lu, et.al, 2018)
Project profit is also estimated for the ‘Extensive Social Media integration’
3. Schedule feasibility:
This includes the reporting of the task completion on time and each milestone
should be achieved specifically
Any delay in the task can be managed in the upcoming task for following the task
completion (Harrison and Lock, 2017)
4. Manageability feasibility
The manager has to manage the teamwork to accomplish the task and enhance the
team coordination
The manager also accomplish the project requirement within the project constraints
(Nicholas and Steyn, 2017)
5. Market feasibility
The project is selected on the basis of the user requirement
The project is selected on the basis of the profit which will be gained by the
company on its deployment

2.1 Match resources efficiently to the project
Human resource: The major resource that I have used and their functionality are:
1. Project manager: The main functions are:
To complete the project within the constraints
Initiate the task
Achieve each milestone
Maintain cooperation in the team (Muller, 2017)
2. System analyst
Helps project manager in report development
Analyse market requirement
Analyse the current system and its development (Laplante, 2017)
3. Audit expert
Test the designed system for the possibility of the error
Monitor and control the project affecting factors (Leicht, et.al, 2017)
4. Developer
Design the system firstly
Deploy the project feature on the online platform (Ben-Tzur, et.al, 2017)
Software tools: Tools are majorly required for the designing of any feature as a project. The
major tools that I have used are:
1. Microsoft project: This software is used for the planning of the project which helps in
managing the resources, budget and duration for the project development
2. PowerPoint: This software is required for the development of the presentation to
present the project outcomes to the project.
3. Balsamiq: This software is required for the development of the wireframes which are
the design of the solution developed
4. Operating system: This is a basic requirement of the computer system which is
required for the installation of the software application to develop the solution
5. Antivirus: This software is required for the safety of the hardware system from the
external and internal threats.

2.2 Undertake the proposed project in accordance with the agreed specification
The major stages of the project include the following stages:
Initiation
Planning
Project Execution
Project Control and Monitoring
Project Closure
These stages are specific and need to be accomplished for the successful project.
There are different management that is needed to be managed to minimize the possibilities of
the project failure. They are as follows:
1. Cost Management
The best suited to the cost management is the MS Project. It is best suited with which project
budget can be managed effectively and can be distributed among the task developed in the
project plan. The cost for the particular milestone has to be achieved for the specific
milestone only. The reports collected from the project plan are represented here as follows:

The human resource of the project that is the team members of the project can be managed
effectively through the same software tool ‘MS Project’. This tool helps in better distribution
of the work between the applied resources to the project. They are also managed specifically
such that there should be no overallocation which affects their work and the quality of the
project. For this following reports are generated to show the working status of the project and
also the cost distribution among the human resources.

This includes the development of proper communication plan which can manage the working
of the team member and helps in continuous communication between them. This also
enhances the quality of the project because each session of the communication helps in
getting the improvement criteria for the task and also helps in analysing the current status of
the project. It also helps in getting the review from the team members and the stakeholders.

Task 3: Be able to evaluate the project outcomes
3.1 Use appropriate project evaluation techniques
Following evaluation techniques are used to evaluate the project outcomes.
1-PERT (Project evaluation review technique): With the help of this technique, the details
of the project can easily be identified. This technique helps in analysing the activity network
diagram which demonstrates the sequence of the task with their start and end date. This helps
the project manager to establish a better understanding of the task associated with the project.
Each task has its specific milestone at which the task has to be accomplished without any
time delay or cost overrun. This represents the project plan in terms of the graphical manner
as shown below.
Activity network diagram
Figure 14: Activity network diagram
Critical path
Figure 15: Critical path
The critical demonstrates the path which includes the major tasks and this path is the longest
one. This is denoted by the task ID as shown in the figure given above.
Advantages of PERT: With the help of the PERT analysis, it is easy to understand where we
can adjust the task if any is occurred by providing the drag and drop functionality. Through
automatic calculations, it is easy to provide the estimation of the project completion and it
may prior to or after the estimated time. The integration power of this technique is high
(Ghaffari and Emsley, 2015).

3.3 Make recommendations and justify areas for further consideration
For the solution of the Extensive Social Media integration project of the Bandcamp
Company, there can be various recommendations that can be implemented for good project
outcomes. Some of the recommendations I can suggest are:
For the addition of this new feature, there can be the development of the website. The
website must be accessible to all types of browsers which means must have high
compatibility. This also includes the sharing of the information in addition to the
sharing of the artist details and company so that this integration not only provides
sharing but also a number of users can be added to it.
The second alternative solution which can be implemented is the development of the
online application which can be supported by the Android or smartphones. This leads
to the accessibility anywhere and anytime. This will provide more flexibility in using
the application and have more flexibility. This also provides a good interface and
support self-assistance.
The recommendation also includes the implication of appropriate security to the
solution including the OTP mechanism, login credentials and so on.
