business is also required to make effective employment decision so that information regarding
UK population can be attained. Thus, it helps firm to analyze that UK consists more of older
people and thus service industries are required to hire young and skilled people from outside
countries. Moreover, business helps in enhancing the knowledge regarding the legislation
