1. Benefits of continuous improvement
There are different benefits of continuous improvement process. It can help organisation in
different ways.
Continuous improvement can help the organisation to achieve high productivity in the
market place and also can help the organisation to meet all the requirement of customers.
Continuous improvement process can help organisation to achieve better quality standard
in the productionof their goods and it also can help organization to improve quality
standards of company (Gummer and Mandinach, 2018).
Continuous improvement process can help the organisation to reduce the production cost.
This process also can help the organisation to provide better satisfaction to the employees.
2. Continuous improvement models
There are different models can be used to implement continuous improvement in the
organisation practices to meet all market requirements. For example E-OfficeWorx can use six
Sigma model and Lean model to implement continuous improvement in organisation. The six
sigma model is consists of DMAIC process to develop continuous improvement process. Define
includes the process of defining the problems faced by organisation (First, Kendler and
Leibenluft, 2017. In next level different relative measures has been taken by organisation which
is following with the analyzing process of collected data. After the implementation process
improvement process is performed to make relevant changes in organisation in operations which
are maintained with controlling process. Te lean business model also can be used by the
organization to implement continuous improvement process in organisation. This process
includes steps like eliminating waste, build quality, create knowledge, defer commitment, deliver
fast, respect people and optimizing the whole (Lorenz and Netland, 2019). These all processes
can be used in E-OfficeWorx to develop continuous improvement process.
3. Building in continuous improvement
Ways of building in continuous improvement into business systems and procedures including
performance management, sustainability, health and safety and knowledge management and to
address existing issues within the company.
