INTRODUCTION Health and social care is that term which is related to the services that are available fromhealth and social care providers. In present scenario, it can be analyzed that there are variouspeople who are facing different issues or problems regarding health care because suchorganization does not provide them proper treatment due to lack of funds and resources. Thisassignment is based on King's Fund and Nuffield Trust which provide actual data andinformation about health care issues in England for publishing this study that named as “HomeTrust”. NHS is the public health care organization which deliver various services or facilities tothe country people (Antheunis, Tates and Nieboer, 2013). The main purpose of this report is todescribe the factors which drive changes in health and social care services and explain currentalteration with principles of change management. TASK 11.1 Explain the key factors that drive changes in health and social care servicesChange management is defined as the set of whole system and procedures which formand transform real situation of an organization for achieving desired goals and objectives. In thecurrent scenario, each industry require to change their system according to the environment sothey can easily reach with desired targets and goals which help in surviving in the market place.This report is essential for giving huge emphasis on various factors which directly impact onchanging system within an enterprise. Along with this, health and social care association need toundertaken different alteration and changes which assist in giving effective quality of healthcareservices to social care service users. In the current situation of England, people does not getrequired treatment and facilities because organization provide expensive services and highercosts. Local authority have to determine such factors and gives accurate funds or financial helpto the organization so that they can easily improve performance in better way (Bernabeo andHolmboe, 2013). There are different factors that can help in identifying driver changes of variouscompanies like PESTLE analysis, Force Field analysis. Such are described as follows:PEST analysisPolitical factor – It define different rules and regulations, legislation, code of conducts,legal authorities and acts that can be developed by country government.
