Introduction
Report will highlight on the strategies devised by BECH and decide the criteria for measuring the
changes.
Report will tell about the measurement and evaluation of impact of changes on the stakeholders
and organization itself.
Report will also propose the appropriate responses to improve the better services quality.

Devise a strategy and criteria for measuring recent changes in
health and social care
DEVISE STRATEGY - Due to change in government and its policy, Beacon Edge Care Home (BECH) also
have to change in their strategies and policies in order to meet the requirements of government policy.
This changes are not possible in overnight. It takes time and need a strategy to alteration the existing changes
and implement new changes.
First of all, BECH need to call gerenal meeting as well as employee meeting to propose about the changes
occur in organization and ask for the suggestion. After HR team will listen to suggestion and then frame policy
with top management team.
After that Top management team will make understand this policy to middle management team. Now middle
management team will implement those policies and start work on that policies through front line manager.
That is how whole strategy will be implemented in BECH.
If there is inflation in nation, then BECH should decrease its services prices because in the conditions of
inflation, poverty increases. This will lead to increase in Illnesses. So here company will reduce the prices with
the consultation of economist, finance professors and management team.

CRITERIA FOR MEASURING CHANGES - There has been a lot of changes in Health and
Social Care. Here, some points are mentioned below for the measurement of that changes -
Customer Satisfaction – We measure the implemented strategy through customer satisfaction. Here
customers means patients. Patients will get satisfied only when the care and treatment provided by
doctors and nurses are good. Also, family of patients get good behavioural and supportive
environment in the hospital. If strategies go wrong, environment get disrupt, this will lead to conflict
between employee-employer.
Customer Services – Strategies can be measured by the customer services provided by staffs and
doctors of hospitals. If they are happy and accept the new changes and doing work easily in
modified environment, this will motivate them to work better. Better work give better result.
Health Care – It can be measured by the outcomes. If outcomes are good it means staffs, doctors and
nurses are happy and satisfied with the hospital strategies.
