It has been seen that the building and leading out a great employee experience is a big issue that is being faced by the managers of the UK retail food industry in motivating the employees. Chapter Five – Conclusions and Recommendations Conclusion On the basis of the current study, a summarisation can be made out that the motivated employees are always tend to be important and vital for an organisation as they tend to have and supports a higher level of enthusiasm as well as improved commitment. Beside this, it has been also seen and summarised that the motivated employees are seemed to be the asset for the business organisation and it brings out higher commitment level that contributes in improved success level. Apart from this it has been also concluded that the lack of the employee motivation is a tend to be a significant issue that is being faced within the business organisation that leads to many challenges such as high employee turnover and reduction in productivity level of the firm. Thus, it has been concluded based on current study that implication and adoption of the effective set of the motivation strategy and ways has become vital to supports improved success and higher productivity within UK food retail sector. Further, a summarisation can be made that the findings of the current study are effective and vital in meeting the set objectives as it tend to provide and support the better understanding about the meaning and importance of the motivated employees along with supporting the investigation about the key factors that motivate employees within food retail sector. Beside this, the current study is also effective and vital in having the review of the key challenges that are beingfacedinmotivatingtheemployeestogetherwithsupportingwiththeeffective recommendation that ensure the higher motivation and performance level in employees. Further, it has been concluded that the there are various factors such as the making use of perks and incentives along with the supporting effective communication that lead to motivated employees. Further, it has been also concluded that the various challenges are also being faced in motivating employees within the Food retail sector that comprises and includes of the lack of effective communication and leadership together with other issues such as the low self confidence level along with the lack of the time and resources. Recommendations On the basis of the current study, it has been seen that many challenges are faced by an organisation because of having lack of effective motivation which leads to unproductive workforce along with high employee turnover. Thus, it high recommended and suggested for the UK food retail sector to have effective motivation within its employees. Making use of the regular performance based perks and incentives is being highly recommended as it supports meeting of the financial needs of employees. It has been seen that the providing of the perks and incentives leads a better motivation and also directs the employees towards better achievement of the set goals through leading a more effective inspiration and enthusiasm. Apart from this, it has been also seen and analysed that the providing of the regular set of training and development is also an effective recommendation that could be made for food retail sector to support improved motivation level (Khukhia, 2022). The providing of the training tends to lead to higher confidence level along with improved level of the skill thus drives and directs better job satisfaction and higher motivation to become able to manage higher job roles. Beside this, setting and providing of a positive workplace environment and flexible working is also recommended within UK food retail sector to support higher motivation level in employees. Implication of the participative nature of leadership is also being suggested and recommended within UK food retail sector as it supports mitigation of the issue of the lack of communication.
