Introduction As there are various sort of the reasons for which an individual work as per to another reason for which the individual perform their work. Work offers more dependency and control to an individual in their life. It also offers financial stability, career development, learning opportunities to the people(Cheng, 2021). This report will involves the form of several factors that will encourage individuals to perform task. It will also involves several positive and negative factors that will experience by candidates as effects of their job duties. What does Motivation Mean? Motivation āMotivation will termed as the procedure that will starts, manages and guide the targets orientated behaviour in the people. It involves emotional, psychological feature, biological and social forces that will maintain behaviour of the individuals. Such forces will energies their behaviour and will have an impact on orientated field of activities in the person. Motivation in relation of work is essential that will supports to maximise the productivity section of the candidates that is advantageous for the business of management. It will also maximise the involvement of the individual with performance that will also decrease their level of absenteeism in the management. Maslowās Hierarchy theory Maslow's hierarchy theory was presented by Abraham Maslow in the year of 1943. Thistheorywillcompriseswithfivetierofindividualsrequirementsthatinvolves physiological, safety, love and belonging needs, esteem and self-actualisation(Dunton,and et.al., 2021). The explanation of diverse requirements of Maslow's theory are as follows - ļ·Physiological needs -Physiological needs are fundamental desires and wants of the individual. It involves food, sleep, clothing that are essential for survival. It is essential to fulfil individual requirements as without satisfaction of such requirements, human being will not work adequately. ļ·Safety needs -After satisfaction of physiological requirements, security desires that are essential to fulfil. Individual in their life need varied certainty and power that might be satisfied by social group, personal relations and management. For example, candidates require job security that will bring stableness in their living. ļ·Love and belongingness needs āAfter fulfilment of physiological and security requirements that are essential. Belongingness will termed to emotional requirements that are related to association, interpersonal dealings, connection that are also being a part of their group. 3
ļ·Esteem needs -Esteem needs are other essential requirements that are felt by individuals that involves self-valuable of individual, respect and achievement. It might be accumulate into two sections that involves esteem for oneself and honour for goodwill. The individuals who perform task and get respect from their seniors, will directly encouraged them to work. ļ·Self-actualisation-ItislastrequirementinMaslow'shierarchythatinvolves realizationof effective,self-satisfactionandalso seeking personaldevelopment (Peavy,and Banta-Green,2021). It supports the individuals to gain all their potentiality, knowledge and abilities that encouraged them to perform task. Work Environment āWork situation will defined to a component that will consist setting through which candidates perform task that will get effects on performance of employees. It develops both positive and as well as negative impact on the performance of candidates. By having in working environment is an essential factor that will encourage individuals to perform task(Wu, and Krahenbuhl, 2021).
