strategic position. Your analysis should be based on information using a wide range
of relevant sources including journals and current news reports.
2. Identify and critically discuss the current challenges of operating in the industry of
the company you have chosen and how these challenges may affect your chosen
company.
3. Discuss how the resources and competences of your chosen company may provide
new opportunities for the organisation.
