Background description from the theory
Employee motivation can be understood as the organisational reward strategy process,
where employees are inspired by giving them rewards, incentives, recognisance, and increment
for their outstanding contribution in organisational goal attainment. It is not wrong to say that
employees are the heart of an organisation. Every organisation needs people to work which will
help an organisation to achieve its goals; hence, organisation can not compromise with employee
cooperation and cannot replace them with anything, for smooth and uninterrupted organisational
operations. Thus, every organisation in this competitive market is looking for many strategies
and tactics to make its employee go to extra mile for fulfilling organisational goals. Motivation is
emerging as the everlasting component in management for the betterment of employee
performance and an influence tool for the attainment of organisational goals. High productivity
is the supreme and long term outcomes of employee motivation. To get the best output from an
employee's performance, there is a need for motivation (Feng et. al., 2018). Motivated employees
are more productive and enthusiastic in comparison to non-motivated ones. If organisation met
employees personal, psychological, and recognition needs, employees will be satisfied and happy
and they will try to do their job more impressively. One employee's motivation will inspire other
employees at the workplace.

Motivation is an ongoing employee development tool of management. When an
employee finds future growth and development, this can lead to a greater source of motivation.
An employee can feel the clear connection between efforts and results, therefore, it will further
motivate them to work at a higher level. It has been executed that employee's efficiency level
cannot be measured in terms of their qualification and skills, but their willingness and dignity
towards the work are the main factors. Salary can be a source of motivation, but this will be up to
a point. Therefore, motivation might be a vital source to generate a good balance between ability
and willingness for a job (Hanaysha and Majid, 2018). Hence, motivation improves the
efficiency and work commitment of an employee. A motivated workforce maintains a healthy
and positive work environment, thus more customer retention by offering services more
excitedly and positively. Besides these positive outcomes of the motivation of employees, it has
been argued that there are some negative aspects of the motivation of employees. Such as,
creating jealousy and tension in the mind of employees when one employee cannot get the same
reward as another one despite the same efforts. Another drawback found that employee focus
only on the receiving incentives, when they mark that level of satisfaction, they stopped to push
more to get the higher level.

collected on better manner. It also dependent on epistemology which is relevance to clear and
sustained analysis about suitable topic and other is doxology that assist to advance certain level
of belief among working and its advancement. In order to process this research, positivism
philosophy of research is used by researcher under which sustained data is collected with
adequateness. In this gathering and collection of data is programmed with relation to better
clarity so that objectives is completed in clear mode.
Research approach- It is a method that is used by researcher to collect suitable
information as with this suitable knowledge and information is collected in direct manner (De
Sousa Sabbagha, Ledimo and Martins, 2018). In this relevant data is controlled that assist to
segmentation of information as per necessity which is also be supported by qualitative,
quantitative and mixed approach that is also be dependent over deductive, inductive and
abductive approach. In relation to suitable research deductive approach is used as it offer

sufficient support about numerical abilities under which standardized ending is resultant in
ordinate basis.
Research strategy- It is a strategy that is used by researcher to make adequate usage
different factors such as monitoring, planning, execution, implementation and controlling. In this
suitable profit is achieved that is dependent of profitable ending within which research objective
and target is accomplish in better manner. It basically consist of sufficiency guidance that make
easy for researcher to collect and conduct interview, qualitative interview, quantitative survey
and case study. In relation to this study, researcher make usage of questionnaire and survey
strategy so as to achieve timely based data in collective mode.
Choices of method- It is a basis that is dependent on different method through which
certain information is collected which is more reliable and authentic. In this sufficiency to
achieve profitable outcome is organized in better way (Kauppila, 2018).
Data collection and analysis- It is an analysis that is usually used to gather both primary
as well as secondary data and in this for primary data collection questionnaire is designed and for
secondary data collection literature review is conducted.
Sample size- It is a method through which integrated outcome is achieved by researcher
that also offer better response of all the selected and targeted audience. In this researcher target
the sample size of 50 respondents and it is selected with support of random sampling method.
Analysis of data- It is a basis that is used to analyze brief information which is collected
from questionnaire and literature review that is designed with support of pie chart and frequency
table.
Participants techniques
The employee performance is always be required and major aspect for all the
organisation as with this only ability to advance working capabilities and its efficiency get
advanced on regular basis. In this motivation also be a basis within which ability of a business to
advance its performance credibility is advanced in moderate manner (PAAIS and PATTIRUHU,

collected with support of questionnaire as with this needed and significant outcome is collected
that assist to achieve standardized ending in timely constrained. In this researcher make ensure to
collect personalised data and that is also be not used for other purposes as well. The data must be
confidential and in this willingness to complete research on timely constrained also improvised
with perfection.
