1. Introduction
1.1 Background
Eagle construction Co. had been established in the year of 1981 along with the
partnership of another company. Later in the year of 2010, the company was converted into
Eagle Infra India Limited Company. The company mainly takes contract of different government
departments and it is accredited along with ISO 9001:2008 and it has successfully accomplished
many projects till date. This company is classified into non-governmental company and is
registered at a registered company located in Mumbai. The authorized share capital of the
company Rs. 5000,000,000 and the company has paid up to Rs. 420,000,000.
1.2 Mission
The mission of the company is to grow their business globally with different offerings
and also with end to end unique trade offers of Connet2India. Apart from this, the company is
also willing to enable Indian SMEs to give start and grow their business globally. In short, the
infrastructure is referred to as one of the most essential primary asset of the nation the mission of
the company is to keep on contributing in the ongoing improvement and complete development.
1.3 Vision
The vision of the company is to become one of the leading Companies by offering high
quality products as well as services n a competitive price. The company wants to become

products to their consumers. The company is completely focused on consumer’s satisfaction and
thus they are also implementing different new business strategies as well. In short, the
company’s vision is to create a positive infrastructure that has become multinational by offering
quality population and lifestyle to improve the complete human asset as well cherishing
stakeholders of the company.
1.4 Business strategies
Eagle Infra India Limited Company is a much reliable business organization that
successfully engages business alongside with qualitative industrial range of products. The aim of
the company is to offer quality services to their clients and therefore, the company is also
implementing modern technologies, industrial standards, timely ad quality deliverables and
experienced workforce as Due to highly commendable ranges of products, the company is one of
the leading companies over India.
The company also successfully maintains the quality of their products. Not only is this
but also successful quality management planning also applied by the project associates to make
sure high quality of the products they are offering. Since the inception in the year of 21/07/2007,
the company is continuously improving the quality of their work. In order to serve the clients
better offering within affordable price and high security the company is keep on improving the
quality of their product as well.

2. Infrastructure integrated project management application in Eagle Infra

In order to deliver quality projects and services to the clients, Eagle Infra India Limited
Company is keep on developing their business infrastructure through integrated project
management. With the help of successful integrated infrastructure management plan the
company would be able to meet the expectation of the client company. It can also bring
transformation changes in their functional and operational activities. It has been expected that
these activities can successfully change the behavior, project development method and project’s
mean. It will also improve the communication, collaboration and skill of the project associates
and stakeholder as well. Even if lack of knowledge is identified then that can also be improved
with integrated project management concept. Apart from that, various appropriate tools and
techniques are to be applied by the company.
The company mainly takes government offers however; currently the company is also
taking non-governmental contracts as well. In these days this company is one of the leading
construction contractors working all over India. However due to lack of certain functional and
operational activities the company is facing certain risk such as “credit weakness”. It has been
found that, fragmented natures of the toll collection agency contract and construction sector are
of short tenure but the stakeholders are being renewed periodically. The subsidiaries are facing
major challenges and loss as well. Apart from that, limited financial flexibility is another major
challenge for the company.
Technical risks can occur in the company due to lack of knowledge of the technical
advisers, manager, procure manager. Political risks and lack of social support can also impact the

company revenue structure. It is important for Eagle Infra India Limited to check the potential
risks at the initiation phase and then respective changes are to be incorporated by the company to
meet the objectives and other expectation of the clients as well.
The different project planning efforts that Eagle Infra India Limited are giving include
top down and bottom up approaches both. Apart from that, they are also maintaining different
decision making principles as well such as-
Propose driven decision making
Educational, flexible, respectful decision making
Tine limited and achievable decision making
Accountable and self designed decision making approach
3. Result and discussion
After analyzing the details procurement, economical and social structure of the Eagle
Infra India Limited it has been determined that, application, design and implementation of
integrated project management is very essential for the commercial growth and success of the
company. If Eagle Infra India Limited follows each of the aspects successfully then it will be
able to meet the expectation of the clients and stakeholders as well. Different project
management approaches are available for Eagle Infra India Limited however based on the size,
type and structure of the project the project head needs to chose the most suitable project
management approaches among top down, bottom up.
It has been found that the most suitable project management approach is top down
approach. According to this approach the project manager needs to analyze the project objectives

first and then guidelines and financial design should be conducted. It gives a wonderful
communication flow to the working project team members of Eagle Infra India Limited. Though
the project developers requires following appropriate high level corporate project formalities
during the design and implementation of any construction contract. It has been determined if the
concept of integrated project management prcatices and approaches are successfully followed
and maintained by the project team members and stakeholders then the Eagle Infra India Limited
would be able to obtain sustainable and long term success as well.
Conclusion
From the overall discussion it can be concluded that, infrastructure planning is referred to
as a multistage program that is followed by different stages. The project designed by the
company must meet the demand of the consumers considering various legal aspects and off
course political ideologies as well. It has been found that, Eagle Infra India Limited has become
one of the leading contract management service providers throughout India. Throughout the
project management lifecycle the company follows the professional contract manners, bidding
and construction model as well. As soon as the Eagle Infra India Limited signs a construction
contract it stats following the different steps sequentially project initiation, project planning,
project execution, control and monitoring and project closure. Each of the project development
phases are interconnected to each other. Therefore the project manager and the service head are
required to follow each of the phases properly to achieve expectation of the client company. The
other activities that are to be followed by the company head include procuring services, technical
and economical feasibility study.
