1.1 Background
Eagle construction Co. had been established in the year of 1981 along with the
partnership of another company. Later in the year of 2010, the company was converted into
Eagle Infra India Limited Company. The company mainly takes contract of different government
departments and it is accredited along with ISO 9001:2008 and it has successfully accomplished
many projects till date. This company is classified into non-governmental company and is
registered at a registered company located in Mumbai. The authorized share capital of the
company Rs. 5000,000,000 and the company has paid up to Rs. 420,000,000.
1.2 Mission
The mission of the company is to grow their business globally with different offerings
and also with end to end unique trade offers of Connet2India. Apart from this, the company is
also willing to enable Indian SMEs to give start and grow their business globally. In short, the
infrastructure is referred to as one of the most essential primary asset of the nation the mission of
the company is to keep on contributing in the ongoing improvement and complete development.

company would be able to meet the expectation of the client company. It can also bring
transformation changes in their functional and operational activities. It has been expected that
these activities can successfully change the behavior, project development method and project’s
mean. It will also improve the communication, collaboration and skill of the project associates
and stakeholder as well. Even if lack of knowledge is identified then that can also be improved
with integrated project management concept. Apart from that, various appropriate tools and
techniques are to be applied by the company.
