Practice in financial learning procedure (LO 1)
The major pedagogical principles are structuring, soliciting, Responding and Reacting,
assessing, criticising, explain, giving individual instruction, organising, presenting, repeating
and reviewing, Innovative implementation. These principles can be implemented in the
application of financial filed. Structuring can be implemented by Developing set wise lesson
plan for financial calculations from easier to deeper understanding. Responding and Reacting
can be implemented by communicating with learners to understand their strength and
weakness along with ambiguities as per their feedback while changing the lesson plan
accordingly (Tchamyou 2018). Assessing can be used by using various verbal and write-up
based problems to assess the understanding and fluency of the students in financial lessons.
Criticising can be used by finding the advantage and limitations of each student through
reviewing the scores in each performance attributes of assessment. Explain, giving individual
instruction can be done through discussing the outcomes with the learners to make them
aware of their strength and weakness and giving them instruction about how to overcome of
their individual limitations. Organising, presenting can be implemented by guiding learners to
improve their skills and understanding in the financial analysis, calculations and
implementation in practical operations. Repeating and reviewing can be done through
reviewing the applied learning and assessment procedures and making changes as per the
self-assessment and student’s feedbacks. Innovative implementation in learning procedure
can be done through group based recreational activities based on the lesson to encourage the
students to learn new things regarding financial analysis.
Planning inclusive teaching and learning for apply theories, principles and models of
learning, communication and assessment (LO2)

Theories about numerical understanding and theories of memorability and theories of
deficiency of concentration and theories of creative presentation are applicable for both the
students as well as for me as a teacher. The communication is required for referring the
students to external numerical courses where they can pursue numerical courses with basic to
advanced numerical lessons for finance. Principle of referral can be also utilised in
psychological issues in students such as deficiency of concentration that will require referring
to external counselling where counselling and psychological consultation to improve ability
to concentrate (Shockley-Zalabak 2014). Communication is also essential for creativity and
presentation that can be done through Engaging students with extra curriculum activities and
Group based presentation, simulation working process. In order to increase the memorability
of the students utilising audio-visual based teaching plan to improve the phonetic and visual
memory through using Audio-visual presentations, projectors and sound systems.
Theories of behaviour management to creating and maintaining a safe, inclusive
teaching and learning environment (LO 3.2, 4)
The theories of workplace health and safety implies the safe and secure or hazard free
environment for the student as well as the educators or teachers. Implementation of
Workplace Health and Safety theory can be done through train the learners regarding keeping
a healthy and safe and secure learning environment. Teaching the procedures of identifying
hazardous situation and reporting to the authority will be also helpful (Ogundipe et al. 2018).
The theory of Ethics and healthy environment implies keeping equality in environment
regarding gender differences, ethnicity, religions and others sociological differences.
Training about cultural competency by group based recreational activities can be executed
and promoting diversity through building awareness by audio-visual presentation will be
helpful to develop ethical concerns and cultural competency within students.
Assess understanding of safety, sustainability and competency (LP 5, 6)

For assessment design both health and safety related components and core learning goals
should be considered. Therefore, the objectives of the assessment will be Understanding the
concept of health and safety, Understanding the significance of cultural competency and
diversity and Ability to execute cleanliness and garbage disposal management (Reinhold,
Siirak and Tint 2014). The assessment procedures that can be used in this teaching and
learning sessions are Viva or Oral exam, written assessment, Presentation assessment, Excel
workbook error assessment and Observation. Among all these assessment strategies for
health and safety related concern observation based assessment strategy is the most effective
one.
Reflection (LO 7)
According to theory of pedagogy that a teacher has the responsibility to not only ensuring the
effective learning procedure but also keeping the learners aware of the healthy and safe
educational environment. The advantages of this paper is its selection of major health,
safety, sustainability and diversity components. The limitations of this presentation are the
lack of details in lesson planning and assessment planning, lack of presentation regarding
regulatory compliances and resource allocation and lack of practicality. The detailed planning
of utilised tools has not been incorporated.
