Role and Responsibilities (LO1)
Role and Responsibilities of Teacher or Educator
1. Understanding the subject that are going to be taught
2. Teaching the students or learners based on the theoretical conceptualisation and practical
implementation based practice (Strogilos and Tragoulia 2013)
3. Understanding the needs of individual learners regarding their learning and understanding
procedures
4. Supporting the learners by meeting their needs
5. Keeping a good level of communication
6. Understand the additional needs of the students and using the points of referral
Role and Responsibilities of Learners:
1. Communicating with teachers or educators regarding the understanding and ambiguities
2. Convey the resistances faced during the learning or training sessions
3. Forming a feedback based communication to increase mutual understanding (Gecer 2013)
4. Keeping a healthy learning environment in the classroom as per the instructions from the
teachers
Initial and diagnostic assessment (LO2)
Meeting individual needs enable the educators to enhance the learning capabilities of the
students of entire classroom. Depending on the personality traits the individual abilities differ
from learner to learner. Therefore, each learner needs different method of teaching and which
should be assessed at the initial phase of the learning
It is important to understand the needs of Cognitive ability and communication through the
help of Verbal communication and comprehension test based assessment, which will allow
them to understand the financial calculation while allowing them to convey their ambiguities.

UNIT 4262
It is important to understand the needs of Rational understanding and Reasoning through the
help of Numerical Tests and verbal questionnaires based assessment, which will allow them
to understand the financial calculation while allowing them to practice by their own.

Memorability assessment with the help of Memory tests and nominal memorisation

Teaching and Learning Plan (LO3)
The aim of this learning plan will be Understanding and executing the process of cash flow
analysis and presentation. The learning objectives of this teaching sessions will be teaching
the definition of Cash flow assessment, teaching the significance of cash flow assessment,
teaching the process of cash flow assessment and teaching the presentation methods of cash
flow assessment. In order to identify opportunities for learners to provide feedback to inform
inclusive practice collecting feedback form the students regarding their understanding and
ambiguities and supporting and helping them to understand the lesson completely will be
very helpful for both teacher and learner.
Creating and Maintaining Safe and inclusive teaching and learning environment (LO4)
Promoting healthy and professional behaviour within the students group will allow them to
keep a healthy relationship with each other within a disciplinary association of learning
