This research proposal aims to evaluate the impact of flexible working hours on employee performance during the pandemic in Tesco. The study will analyze the concept of flexible working hours during a crisis, suitable strategies for flexible working hours during a pandemic, and the relation between flexible working hours and employee performance. The research will use a qualitative research type, inductive research approach, and interpretivism research philosophy. Data will be collected through primary and secondary methods, and thematic analysis will be used for data analysis. The study will have 30 employees of Tesco as respondents.
