2. What is the main challenge or issue that the company is experiencing that you are trying to
solve? In other words what is the research question that you are trying to answer?
The main problem which Food Basics is trying to solve is regarding the increasing employee
turnover rate of the company. The research question which has been used in this research is
“How can Food Basics motivate the employees of their company and reduce employee
turnover?”

A. The four OB concepts which are being used to analyse the company are Effectiveness
of organizational communication process, change management, reward system
including money as a motivator and organizational culture.
B. The above four mentioned organizational behaviour concepts are chosen as the above
four mentioned concepts helps in influencing organizational behaviour. The above
four concepts are also chosen because these concepts helps in influencing employee
satisfaction, which is the decision criteria which is being used in the research.
Another reason behind the choosing of the above mentioned concepts is because the
chosen company has taken specific approaches in context of the above mentioned
