Job Description
The company Rhinoceros Media is looking for a candidate who can make
advertisement campaigns. The employee must also be able to make copy for the
advertisement campaigns as per the need of the client. The employee will have to present the
copy of advertisement to the clients and will have to make the changes wherever they are
necessary. The copywriter will have to brainstorm and present new ideas to that portray the
core ideas and messages that the client wants (Press 2016). The responsibility of the
employee also includes writing clear and attractive copy for numerous mediums, working
with the creative professionals to make a marketing campaign and to conduct interviews and
research for knowing the target audience and what they will prefer.
Job Announcement
The company Rhinoceros Media is searching an employee who can make copywriter
for the client. The person must be creative and talented with words, while also being a
grammar nazi. The employment will be full time, with the timings being from 9:30 am – 6:00

The job announcement will be featured in LinkedIn, Facebook, Newspapers and other
sites where the reach of the advertisement increases for more people to apply for the job.
Screening Criteria
The screening criteria for the company is rigorous and the company will firstly scan
the candidates when they apply for the company. The company will select the candidates that
fits the criteria the best will be selected for the next round. The scanning of applicants
through the resumes will help the company in calling the ones that are actually suitable for

the job (Gallagher 2014). The next round will be a test that determines the quality of writing
of the candidate. This round will help the company in understanding how good the writing
skill is of a candidate is and how is the best suitable one. The third round will be a group
brainstorming session where the candidates will have to come up with an idea for the copy of
advertisements. This will help the company in understanding how creative the candidates are
and how well they can work under pressure (Sedláček 2014). The final round will be the
personal interview round, which will aid the company in understanding the personality of the
candidate and how well they can fit with the culture of the company.
