Causes
 Initial tests were conducted
 Highly contagious virus was considered
as the cause of outbreak (Suzuki et al.
2017)
 Further tests were conducted

 It might have spread from one person

Effects
 Vomiting and diarrhea among guests
 50 of the invitees fell ill
 3 people were admitted to hospital
 Symptoms of norovirus begin within
1- 2 days of exposure (Chang, Ku and
Chen 2017)
