The report is going to discuss supply chain approaches, operations management, management
tools and ethical practices performed by Little Italy Soho. As food service industry also require
effective management and strategies in order to carry out workplace operations (enjaafar, nd Hu,
2020). There are many factors and techniques that emphasise on food focusing which are going
to cover in this report.

requires to enable these practices which are mentioned below:
Build strong teams: At this practice, The restaurant need to enhance team work on
processing and serving food, team work will encourage the contribution and mange all the
customer simultaneously. Therefore, work will manage easily and hiring becomes tough to
identify most suitable employees.
Serve better: A restaurant and food service industry is known for superior and standard
services. Good service is all about providing food and all customer need in one call. There must
be no need of ordering twice. A consumer will only get satisfied when they get deliveries on
time.
Watch waste: The chosen restaurant must identify and watch their waste regularly as it is
