Food service management is very much important sector in the economy as it contributes

to day operations of restaurants and other establishments which prepare and serve food and
beverages. Managers of food services monitor and direct personnel by ensuring that customers
get satisfaction by dining experiences and business get enough profitability. Respective report is
based on Casamia which is well known restaurant in the UK marketplace by providing one of
best dining experience to their consumers. Respective report is based on the no. of varied kind of

respective process. Further it includes principles of effective procurement and sourcing activates
essential for operations. It also includes various kinds of analytical tools that assist in effective

industry by highlighting key stakeholders in respective process.

farmers' shops, community-sponsored farming, and solidarity buying groups.
Long supply chain: Long supply chain legs generally require higher least buy levels. On
