INTRODUCTION There are ample number of challenges in food service industry which arises due to lack of management and necessary to improvement in products and services. These report is based on Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London that is one of the famous restaurant in UK. It is provides various service facility to guest(World Health Organization, 2020). The food service industry dealing in various service operations on that basis using different management practises as well as they dealing with wide range of tools and techniques. Customer satisfaction and feedback-: Customer is valuable assets of the organisation without that organisation cannot survive for long time. There are ample numbers of competitors are available ta marketplace in order to developing new strategies so gaining competitive advantages. Food service quality monitoring & controlling-: These is the most important method which are using in an organisation in order to monitoring food packages, checking weighting, metal detection and machinery as well as food equipment.
