INTRODUCTION
There are ample number of challenges in food service industry which arises due to lack
of management and necessary to improvement in products and services. These report is based on
Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London that is one of the famous restaurant in UK. It is provides
various service facility to guest (World Health Organization, 2020). The food service industry
dealing in various service operations on that basis using different management practises as well
as they dealing with wide range of tools and techniques. Moreover, there are ample numbers of
recommendations which helps to improve the performance of organisation and their functions.

Both methods are important for an organisation in order to improving system
effectiveness and mangers of the company using various strategies in order to achieving the

products. They are using various aspect which helps to improving both these factors which are
mentioned below.
Selective hiring-: Organisation using these method in order to smooth processing of
operations which includes on hiring those candidate which are capable and able to perform the
functions effectively so easily manage the things along with establishment healthy relationship
with their subordinates in order to improve the performance of employees (Reich, 2016).
Providing training and encouraged employees-: It is useful techniques most of the
organisation effectively established in an organisation. HR Manger of Mandarin Oriental Hyde
Park focused on these strategy which hiring of new employees so providing proper training in
order to perform effective and they also providing healthy working environment which easily
attain their targets.
