 It is important to bring in dignity and respect
given at workplace to each and every individual.

ethical dilemma and kinds of effective
communication techniques which can assist to
use for specific solution of different issues given
in the case.

Ethical dilemmas
 It is refers as the individual which has two choices and both the option
are correct but in issues.
 But there are certain condition which required to considered in this
situation where the first condition arise is when an individual said as
agent under this condition where he or she can take decision which is
suitable for them.
 The next conditions for ethical dilemma is that there must be various
instruction of action to select from. The last conditions is an ethical
dilemma in which whatever the decision has made to take action where
various rules and regulation will be neglected.
 However, in some case the situation required an action but may also
involve issues between values, legislation, rules and regulation.
