Executive SummaryThis report would help in analysing better understanding of corporate socialresponsibility in an organisation. For this the way that Tesco has achieved the corporatesocial responsibility by implementing CLEAR model has been examined. Different stepsthat the manager has to take so that the sustainable development can be achieved isexplained below. Also different approaches to achieve corporate social responsibilitiesthat are followed by the Micro, SME and corporate business are also evidenced below.This report concluded that it is of utmost importance for the business to fulfil corporatesocial responsibility so that they are able to achieve objectives set by the managementand do the work for the betterment of society.1

IntroductionBusiness communication is the process of verbal or written communication ofbusiness transactions so that mutual understanding and business benefits can beachieved and retained. Business could not possibly exist without communication so it isan essential part so as to communicate within the business enterprise. Also a Corporatesocial responsibility of business is important for any enterprise so as to provide a betterand sustainable life for the stakeholders who are associated with them. For Instance inthe current report Tesco a retail undertaking has been taken which is currently workingin a global world and has its headquarter in UK. The report contains the explanation of asustainable approach to business strategy and management. Also various approachesto CSR of micro, SME and corporate business would be discussed.1. Explanation of a sustainable approach to business strategy and management.For instance a useful and prospective integration of business practitioner will bebalance between values approaches and the system approaches. The concept ofsustainable development is a growing in the current business environment (Penbek andet. al., 2012). For any business organisation sustainable development means adoptingbusiness strategies and activities that meets the needs of enterprise and its stakeholderso as to protect, sustain and enhance natural resources for future generation. As todaythe problem of environment has become substantial a sustainable approach to save itby the business enterprise must be followed. Business organisation must find anapproach that will help them to achieve three goals such as environmental protection,social well-being and economic development. Sustainable development is a best wayfor business. This creates opportunity to the suppliers who have the benefits of co-efficiency and those who are engaged in social well being. These enterprises willgenerally have a competitive advantage. For a company, to build a business principleso that they can protect their capital base is fore moist responsibility. Hence for everycompany so as to achieve sustainable development it must integrate into the planningand measuring systems. It is a pervasive philosophy that every organisation working inthe environment must apply. If the company tackle to meet today's needs withoutcompromising ability of future generation then it is said that the company is sustainable.2
