world and for this specific assignment the healthcare organization that has been nominated is an
Australia based Latureae Healthcare. Due to the rapidly changing environment of healthcare
industries different additional factors are required to be incorporated by the owners. The
contemporary business problems are identified here and based on that proper recommendations
are also elaborated in this paper.
Proper communication strategies are also illustrated here that embodies agile
methodology principles for addressing the business problems. For each of the primary and
secondary activities sub activities that may create values are also elaborated in this paper. In
addition to this, link between the primary and secondary activities with the respective sub
activities are also demonstrated here.

factors will help to build stronger education culture along with consumer engagement. In order to
deliver natural approaches to health the company develops effective products and their services

are composed of herbs, nutrients, vitamins etc.
