Identification of Activities
Taking into consideration the primary activities taking place within the Latureae
organization, the outcomes have showcased that the primary activities comprises of activities
such as sales, operations, marketing as well as services (Ben-Zeev et al., 2013). The activities
being carried out within the company has the primary objective of contributing towards
health, welfare as well as sustainable development of the related existing communities.
A primary approach is being utilized by the Latureae Health Organization as a
purpose of serving the people living in Australia with the services of wellness and health of
these particular people. The Latureae Health Organization consists of a national division,
which carries the responsibility of manufacturing as well as engaged in the activity of
distributing the products along with that of the offerings related to the services (Boulware et

primary activities, which are being carried out within the organization.

helping hand towards the engagement of the activities contributing to the management of
health related to the population . The clients of the supermarket as well as the retail are
greatly tackled by the department of sales and marketing working within the company along
with the entire amount of sales, which is generated by the company.
