TASK 1 INTRODUCTION Trade show can be defined as the exhibition for organization in a specified organization to represent their new goods and services. These shows are not involved public because companies demonstrate their new services or products. It is generally attended by organization's representative and press media. The main goal of the trade shows is that to find out the latest products and services which can meet customers objectives or partners. It also supports to analyse current market trend and opportunities. Trade shows is a procedure of proving new business, enhance brand awareness, demonstrate networking opportunities and gives chance to other industries to learn about the industry to conduct business. Apart from this it provides platform to market to target customer and then sell product or services to those targeted customers. The brief study of report helps to understand significance of Trade Show for organizations.. There is an example of More Control UK Ltd which conducts trade show. Organization will conduct this trade show event in last week of August 2020. MAIN BODY Rationale for exhibition Trade show is essential procedure to demonstrate new products and services of various organization so that easy to aware about new trends and opportunities within market. Trade show offers a platform to market where organization can demonstrate new offering as result enhance brand awareness among the industries and customers(EWUSIE-MENSAHand FRIMPONG, 2018). More Control Ltd. Plans for Trade Show so that easy to introduce a platform for market. There is a reason which cause organization takes Trade Show initiatives. The reason behind is thatorganizationwantsthatpeopleawareabouttheofferingwhichvariousindustries demonstrates through Trade Show(Boesso, and Cerbioni, 2019). More Control Ltd. sets goal for exhibition Trade Show is that to determine unique supply and support services for automation requirement which represented by organization's representative. Organization manages trade show event itself(Moldoveanu, 2016). There is other reason of organization to conduct
exhibition trade show is to provide understanding of software which is applied for warehouses management, tracks and routine solution. Project plan milestones To conduct trade show creates a plan by using several milestones such as initiation, planning ad execution. Initiation is important part of trade show because it supports organization to develop goals and objectives(Cuccurullo, Aria, and Sart, 2016). The goal is “to conduct trade show case” while objective is “to develop a plan for effective trade show in term to attract customers”. To create goal and objectives organize a team by company so that they set appropriate goal and objectives. While planning is the second milestone of event planning. It helps organization to enlist several specific brands which are welcomed to demonstrate their unique products and services. Administrative procedures refers as a list of formal objectives rules which is implemented by private and governmental organization and helps to take appropriate decision. Organization allocates various administrative procedures such as policy, organization, finance, personnel, procedures and control which is required for planning(Clougherty and et.al,2017). Execution is the milestone which is required to get succeed in trade show event. Executing includes budget and publicity plan. Budget is important before initiating any event because it gives estimation about expenditure which is required for executing event. On the other hand, publicity plan is also a part of executing milestone which support organization to communication, builds and maintain communication with the public(Davis-Street and et.al., 2016).Tocreatepublicityplaninvolvesmediakit,mediacontactlistwhichprovides communication and establishes communication with industrial representative and customers. Potential return on investment Organization gets positive impact of investment because they get good return. For example cash investment, Trade show supports organization to create platform and communicate with other recognition brands. Generally exhibition of trade show leads potential benefits for organization. For example More Control Ltd. easy to access potential client which has bigger networking. Another benefit is this, it increases brand awareness of organization which can lead futurebenefitswithincompany(Lee,2017).Organizationgetslotsofknowledgeabout industries ad their creativity through the trade show. It is quite beneficial for company because they can build good relation with industries representatives. Project plan and Budget Project plan refers as a document which enlists each step to initiate project from A to end dates B. it is demonstrated as a roadmap which shows the project steps, key activities and their start and end dates, dependencies among the task and project milestones(Schneckenberg, Velamuri, and Comberg, 2019). To conduct trade show event creates a project plan in which aligns each task step by step. Tasks are: Develop goals and objectives:it is first task of project plan where creates goals and objectives for trade show event. Organize a team:It is second step of task where primary task is fully dependent on second task. So, organization creates specific team who helps to initiate planning for event (Molina-Azorín and et.al., 2019). Set a date:Team member set a date to execute plan along with time deadline. Brand an event:Organization aware owners who executes industry about event by advertising trade show event. Planning:Branding of event is a part of planning which is performed by team member in organization.

TASK 2 Reflection More Control Ltd. Planned for trade show event where I was engaged in this plan. My experience was more informative because I got more knowledge from my team member about event for example laptops and smartphone prohibited in this type events because information could disclose. I learned new skills such as numeracy, ICT as well which was required for conducting trade show event. I had good communication and problem solving skills which is used in event. I communicated with team member while developing goals and objectives for initiating plan. To initiate trade show organized meeting by manager where each member of team shared their views about trade shows benefits and challenges which could face when didn't keep any alternative option. I gave presentation about the project planning in which I told about resources which required for planning. I communicated with other team member who was presented in meeting about event discussion. Manager assigned task to each member so that they performed their task effectively. Manager fixed a data for event that it conducted in last week August 2020. More Control Ltd. organized team member so that each task perform in group along with time deadline. Team leader assigned me task to allocate administrative process which was big task for me because it was new for me. I communicated with team leader to gain knowledge about administrative process that how to conduct and how to allocate. Where they informed me that administrative procedures included policy, organization, finance, personnel, procedures and control. I studied about policies which required for trade show event that was informative knowledge for me. I unable to prepare budget because my numeracy skill was weak. It impacted my performance because other member who was working with me in a team they had good numeracy skill.I unable to use statistical and data for understanding benefits of company from the trade show event while offering presentation. When I asked to my seniors they praised me about my communication skill but they told me to improve my numeracy skill. Trade show event was exciting for me because I never attend in these types show. I allocated administrative process which used for further planning. Team leader assigned me other task to elect partnership and sponsorship. I communicated with potential client who could invest on the trade show. My communication skills was good which supported me to convince potential clients and other industries representative to give high attendance. I identified famous sponsorship who sponsored on event. Team members told me reason that they uncleared for task means they didn't know which task they performed first. I informed team leader then they confused how to make them understand. They asked my for suggestion then I said they organized a meeting and sets each task and gave responsibility to each member about different task. It could clear team member confusion their task responsibility. Team leader praised me about this decision which made me confident. I faced complication when I was unable to manage each task time for event in computer. I made me feel inefficient because I didn't know how to use Microsoft Office program. I joined ICT classes to learn new skills where trainer supported me to use Microsoft office program. Apart from this, they gave some task to performed in home.Initially I faced difficulties while performing task at home but later on I learned. Even I took online classes as well to learn more effectively. Whatever I learned from classes I applied on job place as result I got easiness to operate Microsoft office program. It was good experience of mine because I learned new skills which matched with future scenario. Thus, it was informative experience in company because I not only learned new skills but also I learned how to plan for trade show event. To analyse strength and weakness I followed Kolb reflective model. This framework supported me to determine employability skills which match with current scenario and will use in the future as well. I analysed my numeracy skill required to be developed because I unable to elaborate statistical and data while offering presentation. I identified my communication skill and problem solving was more good which supported me to communicate with potential client and sponsors. Even both type skills communication and problem solving considered as employability
