Description of the Fourth Industrial Revolution from the presentation
From the ideas presented in the video, it is clear that the revolution of Fourth
Industrialization remains to be the fourth significant era of industrialization since the first
revolution of industrial of the eighteenth century. The revolution is mostly characterized by the
fusion of different technologies that stay to blur the lines amongst the digital, physical as well as
biological sphere (The Fourth Industrial Revolution | Full Version (Subtitled), 2018). Besides,
there is an aspect of emerging technology in the presentation. Emergent remains to be a
breakthrough in different fields comprising of artificial intelligence, robotics, the block chain,
advancement in computer usage, biotechnology, the technology of nano, printing using 3D, The
Internet of Things, along with vehicles that are autonomous. Most people associated Fourth
revolution of industrial with the second age of machine about the influences of digitalization as
well as artificial intelligence on the economy concern, although other broader purpose for
advances in technologies within the organic sector (Xu et al., 2018). Therefore, from the video
clip, Fourth Industrial Revolution remains to be the disrupting for operations of most
organizations around the global community. The revolution brought massive influence towards
transforming entire systems used for governance, production, as well as management of different
countries, operations, along with organizations (The Fourth Industrial Revolution | Full Version

Industrial Revolution have to lead to massive influence in connecting billions of individuals to
the web resulting in improving the efficiency of the organization together with the organization

management of the asset.

Opportunities and challenges that lie beyond people as they approach the 4th Industrial
Revolution
There were several opportunities together with problems that came with the Fourth
Industrial Revolution. It increases the efficiency of transport along with the infrastructure of
logistics. It leads to a radical change of existing order in favor of the little advancement in the
society (Abdin, 2017). Some opportunities include maximization of wealth through the
continuous progress of growth of GDP, inclusive development, and improving the performance
of the small,-medium organization. Other opportunities include connecting disconnected people,
jumping into the advanced stage of progress, automation of agriculture, the transformation of
technologies for agro-production, more access to healthcare, along with establishing the modern
technology to forecast on natural calamities.
The primary challenge remains to be the transformation of the industrial internet that
needs management of the organization to develop skills to cope with the changes. The problems
of the 4th industrial revolution comprise of loss of job opportunities, disruption by the lower
learned individuals, inequality, political instability, end of low charges, low skilled labor based
industrialization that result to artificial intelligence along with robotics technology (Xu et al.,
2018). The other challenges include more marketplace access to the large international
organizations through approaches of offering additional value to the clients, the vulnerability of
countries of LCD to focus on fighting with crimes in cyber and digital security and other cyber
attacks. Besides, the shift in technology led to substantial job losses by individuals that entirely
dependent on the previous use of technology for any purpose.

Critical thinking and creative thinking skills necessary as people approach the 4th
Industrial Revolution
Some of the skills required include creativity that becomes one of the top priorities that
workers need to develop new products, new technologies, along with advanced approaches to
working. Therefore, human need legal skills to be capable of thriving in the fourth generation of
development of industrial (Yoon, 2017). Some of the essential abilities include flexibility of
cognitive, ability to negotiate, the orientation of service, making ideal decisions and judgments,
together with skills to manage people in an organization. Other skills necessary in the 4th
Industrial revolution include critical thinking as well as sophisticated techniques for solving
problems. Through creativity, employees can then become more creative to benefit from
different changes that result through revolution (Tranos & Nijkamp, 2012). All these skills such
as the skill of management of people and the solving problem can help people around the society
to get where they need to be faster by creating the productive working environment. The
Flexibility of cognitive is essential as people approach 4th Industrial Revolution since it helps in
boosting career prospects of people during the advancements in technology (Abdin, 2017). The
skill of orientation of service and making ideal decisions and judgments help people to recognize
the value of creativity as well as the arts in meeting some of the various challenges they face as
the 4th revolution for industrialization unfolds.
How 4th Industrial Revolution will impact UAE society in general
The 4th revolution on industrialization will have significant impacts on the community of
the United Arabs Emirates in general. It will help in improving how business operations and
government leaders in UAE provides insights into how they position their work concerning the

4th industrial revolution in different areas. It will also have the impact on social, technology
advancements, the strategy of business operations, and improving talents of people (Does

to radical improvement in the process of manufacturing and other technologies. It will lead to
the opportunity that allowed shifting of operations that entail the capacity of operators to adopt
and integrate digital along with physical techniques that helped in improving services. The
approach of Fourth Industrial Revolution will make the production of organizations in UAE to
increase, grow, and develop innovations of conducting their businesses (Kim, 2017). Moreover,
various opportunities that arise in UAE through the 4th revolution of industrialization will
include the establishment of large extent of change along with the high need for investments by
making the Industrial Internet essential for management of corporate.
How 4th Industrial Revolution will impact individuals like their work
The 4th Industrial Revolution will impact people by empowering them not just on the use
of the machines, but also to be creative to ensure that they achieve their objectives in work.
Cases of humanity have continued to embark on the duration of unparalleled advancement in
technology. The 4th Industrial Revolution will then present significant challenges as well as
opportunities for workers and companies alike (Kim, 2017). It will improve lives of people by
developing different technological devices that can be applicable in completing various tasks
within a short duration. However, the 4th Industrial Revolution will lead to cases of job losses as
most companies will embrace the use of technological devices to increase their productivity
around global marketplaces. Increased job losses will negatively affect people as they will lack
the opportunity to showcase their ability of production making them poor since they will require
income. Besides, the 4th Industrial Revolution will improve the process of communication
