INTRODUCTION
The term franchise is an agreement between two legal parties. It is simple process to
obtain purchasing right to use other business’s trademark. It can be set on the basis of agreement
and licence. The many companies prefer to give franchise of their business to other party who is
able to carry day to day running of business activities (Croonen and Broekhuizen, 2017). This
system is very effective because the success is totally dependent on each other’s participation
and way of handling management. In this assignment, the following topic has been addressed are
as effective training programme for franchisor, improvement on facing of issues, franchise blog
etc. The main problem in taking franchise are as working capital and restriction of government.

Franchise is a business strategy through which an organisation or a company expand its
business through a licensing agreement. For franchise, good training leads to increase in
profitability and exploring the skills and knowledge of its staff for advantage of company.

ready to operate business. Training program for franchise mainly focuses on the following
