These features are:Job Summary: The very first feature of the job description is the precise and clear summary of the job. Thesummary of the job must entail the specific role and responsibility required for the job.Role and Responsibility: Just after the job summary the description of the job must specify the roles and responsibilitiesthe candidate applying for the job has to perform. This section should follow specific format andmust be understandable to the candidates.Eligibility: After the brief overview about the job the next section of the job description must provide theeducational and professional qualification required for the job. This section must contain theclear and specific job eligibility.Salary and Benefits: The section after the eligibility detail needs to be a brief overview of the salary and benefitsdetails that the company will provide to the candidate selected for the job.
