1. PROJECT INTRODUCTION
Project Background: The project of Redevelopment of the Frankston Railway Station is developed for considering the utilization
of the improved project management principles for the construction of the railway station. The Frankston
railway station requires the effective employment of the operations so that improved activities of the
operations can be implied for the effective implication of the activity development. The project would be
allowed with the specific facility for executing the functions for listing the operations. The implication of the
project would support the utilization of the operations and forming the implication of the improved functional
development. The project would be executed for listing the modifications at the alignment of the facilities for
