INTRODUCTION
Organic food which gives the consumer the assurance for toxic pesticides, fertilizer,
genetically modified organism. Mainly, this is not used in food production and the live stock that
have been given the antibiotics. This report will examine about the future of organic food in the
UK. Skills are the ability and power of an individual. It makes person to grow and develop in the
effective manner (Pendry, Carr, Gee, and et.al., 2020). The report is illustrating the reflective
journal according to the section 1 part. It will include the different challenges and obstacles
during the project making. Along with this, it will also include the different area of improvement
which can be very useful in the future existence.

Organic food is food that produce the methods for complying with the standards and
having the organic farming. While organization regulating within some organic products may
restrict towards the use of certain fertilizer and pesticides in having various farming methods
which is used to producing such types of organic products. This could also seem that demand for
the organic food which is primarily driven for the consumer and concerned for personal health
and environment. Moreover, organic culture has higher production costs and fewer yields, labour
cost and compared within the conventional farming methods.
The organic market that bounced back due to increasing environmental and health
concern and also firmly develop as a cornerstone of the UK food system. This could also seem
that trend took downturn following the economic crisis and facing the huge issues towards the
organic food. It had been also analysed hat organic food in present time is having the outer
performing with non-performing sector in terms for growth and being highly expected within
£2.5 billion by the mid of 2020 (England, 2021). There are being various factors which play
effective role that could be initial popularity and driven by the narrative around their huge
benefits. Along with this also remain a lack of peer-reviewed medical studies that could be easily
demonstrating about the firm link between increasing health and organic food. People in present
time, that make the point for buying the organic food which are likely to pay attention to their
diet and ensure them for intake the vegetables and fruits, also creating an al-together healthier
lifestyles.

The health that argument continues to play the major role for creating awareness about
the organic food, but also facing challenges of the past year which shown by their consumer.
During the year, more than £49 million per week that was spent on the organic food and drink in
the UK, as most of the time people try to make home made things and planning for meals.
Moreover, the lock down and pandemic which forced reappraisal of climate changes and how the
human influence on earth. This could be great news about the climate narrative-which lead for
lighting the national food strategy for changing the current food things in UK and keep the focus
on organic food (Pawlewicz, 2019). But there are huge challenges about the climate changes
which being already impacted the harvest yields and lead to expert obstacles and change of
seasonal concept. These factor which could keep better outcomes in further pricing increasing for
their all food supplies, but especially organic food and the main barrier to entry for many of
customer.
However, the huge number of people are shifting towards the organic food, because it
doesn't cause the high amount rather than other food production. While some of organic food
which comes with having mark-ups compared for their non-organic and also keep the higher cost
to other negligible. The organic white mushrooms is typically led with only 1% having more
than other regular kind. For example, while the package of organic salted butter is around the
more expensive, but organic milk and onions are seems to be similarly had low additional costs.
In fact, this has been suggested that swapping more items of organic food which could have
alternatives in grocery product shop each day and have the cost as £93 more (Holmes And et.al.,
2018). Some finding which have been suggested that prices for the organic food will go down for
long term and also depend on climate awareness and due to Covid-19 which have promoted in
British food and more emphasis on their local products.
