The report that has been discussed here highlights into the future of the world and
projects the world to be a place that will be shared and made up equally with the help of humans
as well as technological innovations and technological elements. The works of some eminent
scientists cum authors have been highlighted in this particular work (Abdul Manan & Webb,
2017). The works of Erik Brynjolfsson and Andrew Mcafee and especially the work of Kurzwell
have been provided special reference in the following work. The main theme of the following
study is the growing importance of technology and its rising needs and demand by the people.
The main theme of the following study is the accurate predictions by Kurzwell about the future
advancement of technologies in different fields. His prediction of a computer being capable of
defeating a person in chess by the year 2000 proved to be true when a supercomputer of IBM
proved to be too much for that of world chess champion Gary Kasparov in the year 1997. It is
believed that by the year 2045 the world will be ruled by the combination of the human
intelligence along with the artificial intelligence. It is also predicted that a number of different
business organizations in the public as well as the private sector will do away with the white
collared jobs to ensure the implementation of the new robotic technologies (Da Lio et al. 2015).

of artificial intelligence and the impact of the following technology on the workforces of the

globe. The scientists predict the combination of a robotic and mankind intelligence which will be
the main force of the running of the business organizations.

The following study describes the objectives of the business organizations to replace
physical and manual labor with that of improved and modern technologies. The implementation
and the application of these modern technologies is important in the following case as because
the implementation of the technologies are proving to be much more easier, cheaper and also
sustainable in nature. According to, (Yazici, 2014) the sustainability of the organizations is
important as because it helps the organization to be future ready and easily face different kind of
stern challenges. As mentioned earlier there has been a possibility of the merging of the human
intelligence with that of the artificial intelligence within the year 2045 which indicates a totally
new era or perhaps the era of digital and technological revolution. Such an era will surely make
all the things to be possible in just a single click. It will be important in the way that technology
is such a time will compel the people or rather help the people to approach each and every task in
a simple and comfortable manner (Lucia et al. 2014). The rise of machines will thus also ease the
pressure of human labor and make man just a moving piece of blood and soul. The example
provided in the following study on the defeat of Gary Kasparov on the hands of a supercomputer
speaks volumes about the gradual yet superfast technical development of computers, which is
perhaps the most important thing in the development of the mankind. Such a bizarre prediction
as done by Kurzwell long back and he estimated the following thing to happen in the year 2000.
However, he was proved wrong as such an impossible task was completed in the year 1997.

The advancement in the field of robotic technology can be mostly observed in the likes of
the robots, computers and machines along with the modern algorithms. Apart from this the case
study also mentions about the role of Google taking a constructive role in the development of not
only new and innovative technologies but technologically advanced technologies which have
been the mainstay of the organization. The company is now inclined towards the creation of self
driven cars which according to the management is under research and development and will be
launched in the near future. Some prototypes have already been tested; however a
technologically advanced and original prototype has been under construction. Self driven cars
can again be a game changer as it will ease human pressure and will lead to the company to
make away with a number of white collared and blue collared jobs of the organization.
