Introduction
This report speaks about the knowledge and creativity and preparation
for the success at University(Jabbarova, 2020). Creativity refers the tendency
to create and identify the ideas, possibilities and ability to solve any problem
by providing new way to it. In short creativity refers to converting new ideas

into reality. On the other hand knowledge describes getting facts,
information in deep about anything which has helped me in my academic
and professional context. I have developed excellent communication skill,
which helped me in my academics and profession and it has helped me to
think critically about any issues.
Communication
From this evidence I got to know that communication refers to the transfer of
ideas, views, thoughts, opinions, information and feelings from one person to
another. Effective communication plays a vital role in a successful career,
because at each and every level of eduction whether it is academics or
profession(Genç, 2017). When I was in University I frequently called in the
class to answer the questions, some of the questions were easy and simple
to answer and some are conceptual and go for arguments. It was very
beneficial for me while I was answering the questions my knowledge and

communication skill got increased I gained confidence from such activities.
Majorly communication has two parts oral and written communication. Oral
communication is being used in daily life, it includes what to be said, how,
when and whom is to be said it also includes eye contact, facial expression
and body gestures. On the other hand written communication in which any
person write their opinion and share their opinions in written form.
Reading skills
The above evidence helped me in my academics and professional career,
reading skill shows, how fluently any individual can read, whether it is a
book, magazine or newspaper. This skill has improved my concentration skill
now I can read things with proper concentration it is a very important habit
which can change my life dramatically by reading newspaper my vocabulary
get increased and I learnt new words, idioms and phrases as well. Reading
skill help me find new jobs and opportunity as well(Din, 2020). With the help
of reading skills I learnt immense and deep knowledge about anything, now I
can educate others as well about whatever I have learnt. Reading skill also

they have narrow opinions as they are poor In learning therefore they can't

well it has helped me in increase my ability along with this it has increases
my vocabulary it also reduces stress as well.
Job description
I want to enhance my career in marketing. So my ideal job is to be a
marketing manager in near future for that I worked hard in my university as
well, I develop communication skill and reading habits to accomplish the
goal.
Role of a marketing manager
Being a marketing manager I have to recognize the target audience
and develop marketing strategies for the company.
I have to analyse market trends, choices and preferences of
customers as per market condition provide guidance to teammates to
gather more potential customers,
I have to communicate with senior management about the problem
faced by any employee in the organisation(Dewi and et.al, 2019).
I would work to increase the sell of the company.

I have to coordinate with other department of the company and update
them with the new marketing strategies.
How the role will get changed in 4 years
As marketing is a growing field, nowadays every company is making the best
efforts in their marketing activities. For that they need marketing managers
inn their organisation who can increase their sells so create new potential
customers for them. Being marketing manager if I am able to complete my
task and targets I can be a business development manager. The major role
of business development manager is to use their experience and knowledge
to attract new potential customised towards the company and increase the
profitability of the company(Richardson, 2018). Business development
manager is known to be the face of the company as they interact with
customers and represent the products of the company. After this post, I can
get a chance to reach at Marketing director. Marketing director is responsible
for guiding other employees towards their job besides this marketing director
is also responsible for promotional and advertisement activities as well.

Nowadays many companies are active on LinkedIn, they also share many job
opportunities so it is helpful for me in a limited period I can see many

marketing jobs of different companies. Besides this on my LinkedIn profile I
can mention my education background, skills and objectives so the HR of big
companies can easily find me.
Indeed
Indeed, is worldwide employment website which provides job description of
different companies(Di and et.al, 2019). I can get a job with the help of indeed,
simply I need to update my resume on this website and they will share my
resume to the companies where I want to go, thus I will get a help from this
site to get my dream job.
Monster
It is also employment website, which operates globally. To get my dream job
I need to get registered with this website and have to share my CV with
them. After getting registered with Monster I will get to know about various
opportunities and job offered by different companies.
So with the help of these websites I can get my dream job.
Creativity
Creativity refers to the tendency of identifying and generating new ideas to find out the
solution of any problem. To become a creative person I need to view the things from
different angle and perspective apart from this I need to generate different possibilities
and alternatives through which I can sort out any problem by giving a unique way to it.

Those people who are stuck with same and usual way of working they can't become a
creative person because they are not able to think differently but I am different from
them to become more creative I follow the quotes of different people.
Danny Sullivan - “Building universes out of nothing” being a creative person i can build
a new world out of nothing, being a creative person i always find a new to way to do
usual things and try to imposed my imagination by doing so I can create universe.

Changes in the economy and politics directly impact the day to day business
of the organisation. After learning this I got deep knowledge that whenever
government make changes in the taxation policy, rules and in lows which
sometimes become favourable for the organisation or sometimes not(Al and
et.al, 2017). All the changes imposed by the government, organisation has to
abide them whether it is in the favour of the company or not.
Technology
As technology is getting changed every day to remain competitive in the
market organisation has to adopt new and innovative technologies in the
business. With the help of improved technology any organisation can grow
further and full fill the demands of the customers. From the entire topic I
learnt the importance of technology.

Being a customer I get bored by using same product every day so they want
change now it is the responsibility of the organisation how they fulfil the

Inadequate skills of employees
If the employees are not fully skilled and knowledgable about their job responsibility, it

me in the near future.
