described in detail below:
Active and proper listening: It means a listener should closely pay attention to
the speaker or totally putting his mind at that particular place. People with good
listeners are appreciated by the co-workers and with their bosses too. A person can be
a good listener when he did not distract by mobiles, messages, people comments and

contact of the managers should be effective so that employees get attracted and did not
get distracted by any other thing.

The receiver feels friendly with it and did not hesitate to ask question to the sender.
Gesture such as smiling, helping shows how good a communicator is and leads to

shy in asking any question to them. This will make the sessions more interactive and

different skills could directly impact positively upon my overall performance level, while
taking lectures at the colleges (Yessimov and et. al., 2018). I can effectively take an
good example where, non- verbal interactions, emotional intelligence, feedbacks and
clarity are said to be some of the key skills, which would help me as a student in
enhancing the knowledge in a shorter span, where I could effectively communicate with
lecturers, which may aid me in resolving the issues in a much more efficient manner.
